Nice packages gummy's are good ty,! Beanuts and sunflower seeds not fresh they really old I guess we stuck with it we did order too much thought didn't expect the quality this bad! Very disappointed

My order was delivered all melted 3ven though I paid extra for special packaging. 2 of the most expensive items I tried to salvage by putting in the refrigerator however it just made one huge glob and needed to be trashed. Don't buy anything that can melt from this company. I threw about $20 on the garbage. Lesson learned
Daughter ate raw almond that she said was like eating a bleach tablet. Burned her mouth and throat for extended period of time. All nuts.com will say is this is normal?! Will not be buying from them again.
I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Nuts.com. I buy in fairly large quantity to treat a maintenance team from time to time. There's enough variety (sweet, salty, soft, chewy, spicy) that every taste bud is satisfied. Appreciate the single-serve packages throughout COVID. Products have arrived well-labeled, fresh and in fun packaging. During a recent heatwave, the chocolates were solid except for the fudge, which got a little squishy (at 104 in the back of a delivery truck, I'd be squishy, too!). The ice packs really help. Customer service has been excellent. Sorry others have had bad experiences. No complaints here.
I have always been satisfied with the quality of my purchases until recently. I wrote a very nice email to customer service about a month ago and most recently again this week. Unfortunately ther has been NO response from customer service. I am disappointed to say the least and will not give them my future business.
I bought 5 items from nuts.com, I must say for a Company that brags so much about how tasty and good they are, they sure don't deliver. Some of the old time candy I remember as a kid like fruit slices and sesame crunch were watered down weak versions of the original, and every item but one was stale and had an awful texture. When I contacted the company they said I must have stored the product wrong, funny all the other food kept in the same place is fine. There is no expiration date on anything. My recommendation for those seeking the old time candy try Amazon, I have and everything so far has been fresh.
I ordered several items on line and was amazed that site said order would be delivered (free) in 2 days. After 3 days, received an email apologizing for the delay and estimating delivery within 48 hours and providing a tracking link. Tracking link showed that order never left the plant although it indicated order would arrive by 6 pm day 5. Not received. Called and cancelled. After reading some other reviews complaining about poor quality, I'm glad I had to cancel.
Truly delicious - almost too many options to choose from, but something for everyone! I purchase many gifts using Nuts.com and love how fun and bright the packaging is, and you can always count on freshness and a little laugh when your package arrives.
Buyer beware. They cannot be broken in your hand. Even a nutcracker can't break the shell. Company refuses to give me a credit on my credit card. I must purchase another product to get back $7.99 for which I paid.
Not a regular customer & do not have an account with them. Not pleased with their business practice.
I decided to order some things for Christmas Dinner - before and after. The package came a day early! How's that for service! I have enough to last through New Year's -- and, hopefully, after, so I can indulge myself to my nutty delight! Wonderful people to deal with ---- love the humor --- just like my Irish family! I have purchased product from nuts.com for over a year now and our relationship just ended. None of their products have expiration dates and several times the items have been stale. I finally contacted customer service and they response was stale as well. I will move on. Sorry it took me so long.
Have been buying from this company for many years. Everything is tasty but there is a serious problems with the Cashews. Recently bought Jumbo salted cashews and as I opened the bag there was a a bad smell. They looked old and withered (begging for mercy). Tasted them and they were stale, soft and expired. Some have little holes, a sure sign that something is eating them. Nuts.com should be aware that the cashews have expired but insist on selling them. If other people have the same problems, please do a review and let the company know that they need to stop selling expired products. After all, these nuts are NOT cheap.
I have ordered candy, nuts, and baking products from Nuts.com with no issue. In fact this last purchase has alternative flours that Amazon couldn't get to me until 3 weeks from now! They came from Nuts.com in only 3 days. Very happy with the quality and prices. Very surprised to see so many bad reviews because in my experience they've been great and I'll continue to be a customer.
This is my second order and i can say if you want the fastest delivery the quality is 5 stars. Do not hesitate to try them. I will be a loyal customer. I have never had any issues with their product. Try them you will love their products. TRUST ME!
I have ordered lots of things from these people over the last 5 or 6 years -- dried chestnuts, dried apricots, dried cherries, red lentils, pinto beans, lots of things -- and I have always received the most beautiful product, fresh, clean, top quality. I always sort my beans carefully, and I have never found a little stone in their pinto beans. That's just weird. If I am looking for something I think they might possibly have I check here first.
I just saw that they had chestnut flour, so I did a search for how to use chestnut flour. I found a place that said it's the secret ingredient in Tuscan cooking. Oh boy. Um, yep. Added that to the order.
Products are top notch, and the ingredients are absolutely delicious. One of my favorite things to order is Gorp and the healthy trail mix because I usually can't wait to sink my teeth into one of the best raisins I've ever had in my life! They are so good!

Every time I have ordered from Nuts.com, the product has been fresh and high-quality. I ordered their custom tray for my Thanksgiving table and it was such a hit, I'm planning to order many more as gifts for friends and family. Not only is their site great, they also have great customer service and fast shipping.
I love this site! After moving away from our home city, I still had desire to have my beloved bubble teas every now and then, but could not find the tapioca pearls (bubble) for the drink locally. While looking for something else, I found this this site and was so happy to find my beloved pearls without having to buy a giant quantity. The site has a very nice variety of nuts, candies, spices, etc. I literally received my shipment the next day, I don't even know how that is possible!
Nuts.com is one of those WOW! Outfits that you just love doing business with. I had a really small first order and I was treated as though I were some kind of royalty. Y'know, just the box was worth the price of my order! Cracked me up no end. I'm sold! Nuts about Nuts. Now if I could only decide what to order next...
Answer: I had a gift order sent to a remote area on a reservation. My sister/friend was thrilled with her gifts and all was as ordered. I love this company and its variety of products.
