He purchased some off of eBay and they were much fresher and tasted better than from this company. I do not know how often these nuts are sold to get a fresh shipment each time but he said he will never buy from them again. I am sure if I contacted them they would offer a return label. They shipped super fast which seemed impossible to receive so fast but in the end you are buying a product and when it does not live up to expectations, one cannot leave raving reviews.
I did chet with the customer support and received a quick resolution and I am pleased with the service I received.
Shipping took more than a week longer than estimated and crackers were kind of bland with plain peas not wasabi. Probably my fault for not reading the ingredients carefully. I wanted spicy sweet and this wasn't all that! Also there were more sesame crisps than rice crackers.
My chocolate bean and malt chocolate delivery are three days late (ordered on Friday, and was supposed to arrive on Sunday but I received it on Wednesday instead. I ordered a cooling package too, but of course, it is of no use for such a long time. These chocolate are all melted into a bulk chunk now. I know it is probably not their fault, but be aware if you are order something similar.
This was my 1st time ordering. I expected it to arrive Saturday, but arrived monday. I paid extra for cold pak for my Chocolate Monkey Trail Mix. I was disappointed that it was a melted mess when it got here. But after it hardened back up, it was super yummy. The organic Chai Energy Squares was really good too. Overall, I was pleased and will order again.
We placed a big order. Got bad nuts. They would only give store credit. Not really the greatest CS. But I guess in this day and age and with all the covid excuses what should I expect? Bad deal if you asked me!
Nuts.com has some fine products, eg I like several items including their bridge mixture, fudges and even teas. My main complaint is about some of their nuts not being fresh. Considering that this is their specialty this is a bit of a shock. I recently threw out a bag of sunflower seeds which which had gone bad after about 4 months and had been tasting off well before this. Peanuts in their peanut brittle similarly tasted off and various peanut mixes have not been great. There are no " best use by" dates on anything I have had from them, evidently this is only required for infant food. They seem to be cutting corners about sending fresh food.
I noticed a commercial one evening highlighting the goodies of Nuts.com and decided to give it a try. Approximately 6 months later, I average a biweekly order and also have items shipped to other family members across the US. With the exception of 1 time when my cashews were a bit stale (I did not return the nuts but made brittle with them... my children loved it!), the items have been fresh tasting. The staff are quick to respond to whatever I communicate with a "nutty" repartee! I will continue to use Nuts.com for my nuts and snacks!

I had some some cherry fruit slices at a wedding and looked online for some- thought Nuts.com would be the best. They don't even remotely taste like cherry sooo disappointed and expensive too. They have a horrible plastic stale smell and no flavor at all.
I guess I have to take the blame for an order I did today assuming it would be here by Christmas. Unfortunately it won't be. I have received the information that it will be here on the 27th. I called customer service and after 17 minutes with no response I hung up. I have now unsubsidized from them and will do my nut orders and gift through Whitley's. Their products are exceptional!
Received toffee almonds and they smelled and tasted old. Unacceptable at the prices they charge. I did receive a refund as a 1 time courtesy. So nice of them! Don't buy from them unless you love wasting your money.
It says if they took a 20 year old cracker and harden it with no salt or flavor whatsoever. The Asian mix was absolutely terrible and it's one of the favorite things I enjoy in life and they did not deliver.
We bought organic mixed nuts in 1 pound packages. They were good. However, we decided to go to 25 pound organic mixed nut product.
When the box arrived we weighed it... and it was more than 3 pounds SHORT.
I called the company... and they wanted me to hoist the unwieldy bag back on the scale (a triple beam accurate one) and take a photo of it with the weight AND send it to them. Since we had ordered MANY large 1 pound orders in the past, I informed them that this was ridiculous... and could they please render CUSTOMER SERVICE by shipping us out the shortfall.
After putting me on hold for quite a while... he said they would ship out 3 One pound bags. These turned out to be RANCID and we threw them away. The 22 pounds from the box we had originally was full of nut powder flakes which was disappointing.
They lost us... a good high-volume customer.
I ordered close to $200 worth of nuts to put into gift baskets. Most of the packages arrived with disgusting black covering them. This does not wipe off and is obviously going to be embarrassing in a gift basket. I contacted customer service and they said that because of their "printing process" it was normal for the bags to arrive in this condition and basically it was too bad. I would not do business with them again.
We just opened up our first order from Nuts.com. What a great treat! Everything was so fresh! My husband loved the RED COINS, they weren't hard like the ones you buy elsewhere, but very soft. Loved that fresh cherry flavor! That was the same story with the BANANA SALT WATER TAFFY. It was soft and flavorful, so good!
The fudge... oh my goodness... I ordered the CRANBERRY WALNUT FUDGE. It was decadent and delicious and again, so fresh. Also chose a lb. of the CHOCOLATE WALNUT FUDGE... excellent!
All in all we were thrilled with every product! Already looking at my next order! Highly recommend Nuts.com!
I've been a repeat customer and recently received two 1 lb. bags of unsalted dry roasted peanuts with my order. The nuts had black spots on the surface. Some were covered with a grey substance. I emailed them them pictures of the spotted peanuts and how they did not meet my expectations. I requested a refund since the peanuts are inedible. The rep apologized and offered to give me store credit not the refund I requested. No thanks. I will no longer be ordering from them.

Just got my first order and I'm hooked! Love the packaging. Fast delivery. Everything is fresh and yummy. I split my $70 order and sent one item to a different state... didn't pay a dime for shipping. I will definitely order again. These people are nuts!
I was looking for a specialty candy to send as a gift. Not only did they have it at a competitive price. But they could get it too me without it melting in less than two days! In August. In Georgia. For next to nothing in shipping. Amazing! Customer service is wonderful, the packaging is wonderful, and their product line is wonderful, lol. Highly recommend
I placed a relatively large order with nuts.com. Most of it was pretty good. A couple of bags of nuts I found to be stale! Now I find out through an email that I signed up for Auto delivery? I never signed up for auto delivery! How would I know what I'm going to finish the previous order! I will never ever ever ever use this company again! How dare you put your hand in my pockets! This speaks volumes to me! Nothing less than fraud stealing and misrepresentation! So looks like others have the same issue that I do! They bombard you so much with emails you block them. Then you don't see the auto ship. Then they want an arm and a leg for you to return it
Orfered nuts(go figure) and got sent some popcorn that was not edible. Two pieces and had to throw it away. Glad I didn't pay for it but still feel ripped off.
Answer: I had a gift order sent to a remote area on a reservation. My sister/friend was thrilled with her gifts and all was as ordered. I love this company and its variety of products.
