I brought 2 bags of Sweet & Salty Bitty bars, and when they were opened, they tasted old. Best by date on package was March 2023. They should rotate stock better.
I placed an order for three items, which were supposed to be delivered by some second rate delivery company, so they leave my package in a mailroom in my building instead of delivering to my door, so i never found my package after a week of several phone calls to customer service constantly getting the run around, they finally reship my package with the same second rate delivery company, to have the package let outside my apartment building during a busy festival, luckily i was able to get the package before it was stolen to then fine everything in the package damaged due the ice packs both having holes in them covering the products in goo. The packing and products went straight into the trash. I'm not exactly sure how this company stays in business with this kind of service and neglect. I wish there was a zero star rating! Never again with I do any business with the incompetent company. They are embarassing.
I placed a relatively large order with nuts.com. Most of it was pretty good. A couple of bags of nuts I found to be stale! Now I find out through an email that I signed up for Auto delivery? I never signed up for auto delivery! How would I know what I'm going to finish the previous order! I will never ever ever ever use this company again! How dare you put your hand in my pockets! This speaks volumes to me! Nothing less than fraud stealing and misrepresentation! So looks like others have the same issue that I do! They bombard you so much with emails you block them. Then you don't see the auto ship. Then they want an arm and a leg for you to return it
Enjoyed the product.shipping costs are ridiculous. Paid for special packaging due to heat and then $9.99 to ship.
Love these, I got the Plain and Parmesan Garlic flavor. I just don't like I have to leave a certain amount of characters to leave a review.
I have always been satisfied with the quality of my purchases until recently. I wrote a very nice email to customer service about a month ago and most recently again this week. Unfortunately ther has been NO response from customer service. I am disappointed to say the least and will not give them my future business.
Awful customer service. I paid to expedite delivery to send something for my father who was in another state so it could get to him the next day and I saw the clock ticking with no delivery. I had the Fedex tracking number where it said that the package was in the destination state with in a close zip code to my dad's location and 6 hours later nothing was delivered. I called their customer service line and a guy picked up only to tell me to sit back and wait and that the package might turn up at 8 pm that evening. Mind you I paid $35 to expedite shipping. Then, when I got upset, the guy tells me that all we need to do is WAIT. No self-initiative to find out what had delayed my package, no effort to contact FEDEX etc. If I wanted to wait, why contact customer service. Just horrible customer service. Absolutely horrible. Once I started telling him his issue on how he handled my request then he said he would email Fedex. 1st timer and will not be going back. My advice, take your money somewhere else where your value is recognized.
The can of assorted nuts were semi alright, but the lid had rust, as if in water or shelved too long.
I will NEVER order anything else again. I'd rather go to Walmart.

My order got processed twice, I got charged twice, and they don't give refunds. I would shop elsewhere.
I placed an order on June 2 with a specific date chosen for delivery on June 16. Nuts.com had two weeks to ensure the delivery date. It is June 19 and still no delivery. I have made multiple contacts requesting a full refund. I got a $10 credit to my account - I will not use this website again so it's not helpful. I also received an email ensuring me that the order would be delivered on June 18. Still no nuts. I would never use this company again.
I received gift from my daughter for the Father's Day, there are nuts, peanut, apricots, figs & chocolate. The Nuts & the peanut are poor quality and tested bad it's very odd that company NUTS.COM sell bad products supposedly to be present the company.
AWFUL! The first two orders arrived correctly and on time. The next SIX orders had product issues and shipping issues. Twice, they sent me the wrong product, although it was labeled correctly. Whoever uploads their product photos to their e-commerce portal needs to be retrained. SEVERAL of their candy product photos do not match what they send you. Three times, the shipments were late! They use Blue Streak Carrier and they are terrible. The customer service department is either friendly or snarky, it's a crapshoot when you contact them. There are many other nut and candy vendors to choose from. Stay away from Nuts.com if you prefer shipments that are correct and on time. I get it, mistakes happen, but 6 out of 8 orders that arrive incorrect or late is not good. I'm done with Nuts. Com for good.
I ordered a couple mixed packs as gifts. My family said the were good. So, I ordered the snack packs for work and some of them tasted old. I also ordered dried cranberries, they taste old. I noticed no expiration date on packaging. I find that odd and will no longer order from Nuts.com … also the coffee is not so great.

FedEx refused to make delivery, and instead intercepted my package for inspection, which mean some unknown person opened my package, touched what was in there etc.
I notified Nut.com to advise them that I was no longer interested in receiving the package due to this interception, and requested a refund.
Instead of an apology and refund given.
I was treated as if I was not being truthful, especially because FedEx is now claiming that the package was delivered, which is not correct.
I told the FedEx person that I was not taking delivery because the snack box had been tampered with, opened and its contents touched by some unknown person.
Nuts.com refuse to refund, claiming that they are waiting for FedEx to say that the package was being returned. To which obviously they are not returning. AND Nuts.com under cover, calling me a lier and refusing to refund me.
SO now some FedEx employee is munching while I'm out of $$$56.00USA.
With that said, I don't recommend purchasing from this company.
I ordered 6 items - ALL of them were bad! The black licorice was so tough and not a good flavor at all. The dried pistachios had an off flavor and too salty. The maltballs and chocolate covered almonds were in a very small package and the chocolate was nasty. I have nothing good to say about anything I bought from this company. A total rip off. Go to the grocery store and buy what you can actually look at - you'll get a better deal.
I order a LOT from Nuts.com. I want to warn people about the "Walnut Pieces" specifically. In the ingredients note that is contains SHELLS!

I would NOT recommend this product as I almost broke a tooth and there were NUMEROUS shells in just the first 1/2 cup in my bag! Dental work is VERY EXPENSIVE. You don't want to pay $9.99 for a bag of walnuts that could cost you $$$$ thousands of dollars in dental work! This needs to be posted in BOLD on the product subject line, not is the "ingredients" line where if blends in. I have not had any other product issues with Nuts.com but this needs to be addressed! I don't know ANYONE that would purchase nuts knowing they are opening themselves, family, friends up to major dental work for broken teeth due to shells in nuts. This just isn't cool, AT. ALL. :/
I have ordered from Nuts.com several times. All of their products are wonderful! They have great Customer Service and will handle any questions, or concerns, in a very timely manner. I highly recommend trying their snacks. They have SO many different options to meet almost any dietary needs. I appreciate the variety of flavors, as well as the single size or bulk option.
I ordered an item that was very poor quality (the nuts were stale, tasted like nothing other than cardboard and salt with a terrible texture). Ordinarily I would not have an issue with this—every product has a bad batch and not everything is going to be great—but I was very put off by the way this was handled by the company.
After sending an email and receiving no response for days, I decided to call and explain my issue. The representative informed me that the best they could do would be a $4 credit for my $30 order. This is less than an EIGHTH of my order total. Keep in mind, there is no transparency on the website as to how this company handles problems other than "100% committed to customers. We'll do whatever it takes to make it right." which is obviously nothing near the truth.
What's even worse beyond this is that the company does not allow customers to write reviews for products. I can't even warn future customers about the quality issues on this product now. These are disgusting, archaic business practices.
