System works by never sending a product nor giving a refund. Have been waiting a refund almost 2 months, ghosting with every letter. I had a one letter where they confirmed that they will refund but it seems to be a another lie after those ghostings.
I am very happy with the outcome of my first time doing business with Nutriessential.com. The item that I ordered was backordered so it took about a month before it was shipped to me. It arrives today. I understand that with Covid-19, companies are doing their best to create a safe work environment for their staff by working at home, etc. and are having to deal with the technological difficulties that can arrive. Nutriessential.com could improve their ability to communicate with their customers in a more timely manner when they're inquiring about their order but other than that, I fully trust Nutriessential.com and plan on ordering from them again in the future.
You notified me when a product was in and I really appreciate that. I was paying twice the amount from another vendor. Luckily, I was able to cancel my other order and order from Nutriessential. I have shopped with Nutriessential in the past year's fast delivery, and reasonable price products.
When you buy a product, it never gets shipped. When you reach out with questions, they ghost you (it took me 3 emails to get a response). When they finally responded, they sent me a tracking number of an unrelated order and every time I replied, they would copy-paste messages that didn't address the issue.
I realize later that they do all this to waste your time, hoping you will forget about the order. In the end, they said they would issue me a refund as I requested when I never asked for one. I just wanted my order which was urgent.
Best of all? When you buy, they ask you to leave a tip which I stupidly did, thinking it would get me my order faster and better service... so much for that.

I placed my order over a month ago and a couple weeks after waiting for an email saying my product has shipped I tried to contact Nutriessential. I messaged through their chat, the support email, and even resorted to their instagram all with no response. I have never had such horrible service from a company and am EXTREMELY disappointed. Don't ever purchase from Nutriessential!
Before I placed my order, I actually reviewed this company and thought it had good reviews from this website. But after my experience and to my surprise I saw that on the Better Business Bureau website, many others experienced the same as I did! I placed an order and waited weeks for shipment, but I never received my order. I also checked the shipment tracking, and the order was never shipped either. I called the company as well as posted a message on their website messaging board, and emailed the company with my order number, and received no answer. I also reported it to my credit card company.

I purchased some suppliments from these people expecting that they were reputable. They immediately charged my card and then weeks later told me they didn't have the products and they would back order them for me with no guess as to when they would arrive. At that point I told them to refund my money I will purchase what I need elswhere. This is the response I got. "We have canceled your reservation and proceeded with your request to the concerned department, it will be resolved as early as possible.
The refunded amount will be reflected in your account shortly." That was almost 2 weeks ago and no refund yet. I would be VERY CAREFUL before ordering anything from this company. They are feeling more and more like a scam.
I placed an order 8 months ago and never received product or a refund. After I placed the order I was told it was on back order. I didn't mind at all. I checked in on my order a few weeks later and was assured it should be coming back into stock so I was optimistic as I was in no rush for my order. Months pass and I receive no update so I email saying I would like I refund and they said the refund time has passed (only because I waited for their promise of it "coming back soon") and unfortunately that product is still not in stock. So here I am 8 months later with no product and no money back.
I have been ordering Osteo K from Amazon, but their price went up so I started looking elsewhere and found Nutriessential. We had a hick up as I live in the country and they couldn't verify my address. Order didn't arrive. I was looking for a particular supplement that had been discontinued and did a google search. I saw that the product I wanted came up on my google search with Nutri Essential. I was able to place an order for 10 of them for over $300. I got an email the next day stating that they would not be able to fill the order as it had been discontinued. They wanted to replace what I had originally wanted with their product. This is a bait and switch tactic for them to be able to get customers. I see that they are still advertising for the product that I wanted and have not been able to purchase. They did credit my card when I notified them, but what a pain in the butt to go through this, so that they can acquire new customers. They only list their products on their website and that's all they want to sell. Cheap trick. No thanks Nutri Essential.

You will not get your product. When you don't get your product, they give the silent treatment to your correspondence. The shipping info they provide is a 26-dig USPS tracking number but send you to a weird Evri tracking site that does not take the USPS number. USPS just says your stuff is in Smyrna, TN for days and days and has no other info. When you email about it, the "senior operations manager" Lisa Heath will shoot back a quick reply only giving you the same USPS tracking number that does not work on their Evri tracking site again while not answering any of the questions or offer help. In addition, the "scientists" they have listed for their company are also listed on other phony supplement websites so the whole thing is a scam. I'm quite certain the good reviews they've received were written by themselves.

The problem with vitamins, herbs and supplements purchased at market stores is that the customer do not know the quality over them. This company has quality products at the appropriate doses. The wrapping over the products is nice. You can go with Nutriessential. Thank You!
My product was out of stock from a long time but nutriessential.com supports me to find new similar supplements. I tried to find out in other places also but thanks nutriessential to help me out from this issue. Thanks for suggesting me a new replacement product.
I ordered several products 2 years ago and they were not able to fulfill the complete order, which I understand, due to covid, however they repeatedly told me that they soon expected the other product to be available, however that has not happened, but they previously advised me that they would refund me at any time, but now refuse to do so. I've emailed them and left several voicemails, with no response. Very disappointed.
After placing my order for supplements I have been given the run around over and over. It's been over a month and I have not received my product, no tracking number or any proof of document that my order is on the way or has even been filled. I've requested tracking numbers several times and they refuse to give it to me or respond to my emails. Like other reviews below, this company is a scam and completely fraudulent.
