This company is named Mambo Wallet in Nairobi Kenya. ( very convenient location for them.) I doubt a Ph. D prepared nurse from a US university would set up a writing service company in Kenya. This company charged my credit card the highest price $653.26, which my credit card company had reversed and is fighting the charges. I called my credit card company 2 days after the promised delivery date. It never came. I would rate this service a minus 5 stars.
This site charges upfront and never delivered the work. The support and the writer stopped answering me 3 hours after the work was promised to be delivered. There is no phone number or physical address to contact.
Ordered a paper, someone from Kenya took $187 out of my bank account and have not received the paper. Tried to call the phone number listed, it is a hotel. Have sent multiple messages with no response. Save your money! This is a scam!
Ordered a paper to be delivered in 7 days. Paper never arrived. Spoke to support who acknowledged that the writer never delivered the paper and then refused to refund the paid amount. Contacted support several times after and all requests for refund ignored. Stay away, if they would have refunded the payment I would have given them another chance but not only are their writers untrustworthy, the agency is not responsible enough to look after their customers.
I am happy with the quality of my term paper. I got an expert writer in my topic earning me top grade. It is a writing company I will rely on as I head to the time fir writing more difficult assignments.

The first interaction is promising, you are put at ease. I ordered my paper, it was pricey but for the guaranteed quality I figured it was worth it. Well when the due date came around u contacted the support system and 2 days later I recieved the paper. It was poorly done so I requested a revision, it was crickets from there, i send messages, tried to chat and request the paper and it was all silent. Waste of money and time.
I paid to have an essay done by a certain day and they did not deliver as agreed. I paid extra to get it delivered quickly. They took forever to respond and I am now late 2 days. They are taking money and delivering service. I asked for a refund because they did not give me essay as agreed and they haven't responded, I have now opened a claim with my bank to get my money back. I now have to pay double with another company because it has to be rushed!
Am I the only one who see's the fake reviews with all the people being black?, nothing against my black people but isn't Nigeria one of the biggest scam nations? I requested for then to write a term paper, the paper was written but it was mostly fillers and the questions was not addressed. The paper was incomprehensible and I was not able to submit. I reach out to them and asked for it to be revised and all they did was added some bullet points to the paper.
I had paid over $1000 for a meaningless paper. The paper was full of grammar issues, a lot of sentences weren't citing thus setting it up for plagirism, and the paper was totally done wrong not based on the instructions I had provided. I had contacted customer service many times as well as the writer for revisions but all I got was the silent treatment! I am very disappointed and this site is totally a scam!
Customer support as well as the work is a joke. Paper completed for my review was one page with a running head that did not even relate to my order. When I asked to cancel the order, Customer service bullied me in multiple texts. This is not a legitimate writing Team. STAY AWAY!
First of all, English is a clearly second language for everyone at this company. Secondly, the guidelines I provided were not followed (I needed primary sources of which I provided and they were not used). They did not use the sources I provided because it turns out they didn't even write the paper they sent me. I found the paper online, written by a student 4 years ago. The paper does not appear when you run through turnitin or other such software because it had not ever been checked. They now refuse to speak to me and I am out $500.
I'm telling you, please don't waste your time or your money.

I have worked a few times with this company. I was not impressed with their services, but due to money issues, I chose them over other providers. BIG MISTAKE!
My last order was written by an entry level writer, maybe somebody in high school. I was not able to communicate with the writer, but their big problem is that even they provide unlimited revisions, this is not going to help you, when their writers do not read the instructions or do not understand the topic of the paper. Even if you tell them a few times what exactly you ask, they will still provide you with something so different, like they do not understand. I paid for services that were low quality. When I asked for refund, they denied it, even though they delivered a wrong paper. Their excuse was that they still have to pay the writer of the paper. Therefore, even if you get a wrong paper, you still have to pay. I will never work with them and I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I had serious issues uploading my project and I talked to their customer service and they really took care of my needs. They should just increase efficiency a bit to honor deadlines.
I paid over a hundred dollars to have a paper written using APA format. The paper was scored a 60 and I requested my money back and they refused. I paid for it to be written on a masters level and it was elementary. They rude and very unprofessional. They need to be reported to the better business bureau, but they do not have an accurate address and the web information is incorrect when I attempted to file a complaint.

It's my fist time using their services. To begin with, I had a trouble uploading some files, so I contacted customer service, but my email was ignored. Ok, I sent them another email, and finally uploaded needed file. Then I had a new problem- a paper is past due. The dumbest excuse I'm getting, "I'm sorry, the paper was ready 2 days ago, but the writer forgot to upload it. He's travelling right now and will send the work in 4 hrs." How come it is my problem now?! Bunch of bs irresponsible people. I doubt that assignment was ever done to begin with! Just warning you people, stay away and find time to do your homework
