Will delete my account again. Had a free account but despite a lot of contacts and comments, almost all questions to the "nice" people with their great comments went unanswered. The blogger & fan profiles are strangely sparsely presented. Have referred to my web & purchase page to hear more songs. But couldn't find any increased traffic on any of them. Not even significantly more sales as most of them had enthusiastically assured me. For me, N1M looks for a fraudulent site, which is controlled with AI / bots etc. Better invest your energy and money elsewhere.

I cant stop my account. I wrote them various times. Even the name of this few songs I named STOP ACOUNT. I dont want a premium ( pay for it) and therefore wanted to stop.
And still no reaction...

As far as I'm concerned, it's nothing but a scam, preying on people's egos & their $. I supposedly built up a fan base of 1,700 in a matter of a month. With all kinds over the tops compliments... that my music had changed their life for the better... they couldn't get on with their day without first hearing my music... my music brought them spiritual guidance... this kind of b. S. When I specifically took the time to respond & thank all my 1,700 fans for their glowing reviews, I didn't get one response from any of them, not one. Instead I got invalid emails, discontinued emails, unable to deliver emails, was all that I got in return.

I have been on numberonemusic for some years and had 3 songs to play on there and kept getting people loving my music asking where they could buy my music, someone said it was fake and was a scam I did not believe them as they wanted to promote my music. So just yesterday I tried to log into my account to sort out a payment then I noticed I couldn't log in. Even tried forgot my password and it did not recognise my email. So I advise people to stay away from this site it's not legit, thank God I have reverbnation and luckily my fans know my artist name and my reverbnation account has been top 5 to 10 for a very long time. So please whatever you do don't pay n1m they will take money from you and won't even reply your messages. It's a blessing in disguise that I never paid.

I posted 3 songs for free, more costs money.
I got very positive feedback from people who want to buy my music and they loved my music so much. I tell them they can listen much more of my music on soundcloud for free.
But they never come there. That made me realize these people can't be real.
Because if you really love my music and hear from you that tyou don't have to pay money to listen more you will be very interested.
So people, don't use this site.
All they are out to do is let you pay for more uploads and also for campaigns.

I joined and paid the fee thinking it is real. My daughter brought it to my attention that there were claims of fraud against N1M. I contacted my CC company and advised them of the issue and they apparently checked into it and refunded my money. I also tried to get some of the people following me to email me to show that this is a legit site. Only one did so. I am up in the air on this site. It did do everything I expected but I just am not sure if the numbers are legit. I think some people on the site may be real and some fabricated. I only wish I could have had a positive feeling but it just didn't happen.

They send you spam emails faking reviews or comments from real users on a non-existent page. You probably had been identified through ad-tracking or some soundcloud breach or who knows. But the comments/reviews are fake. No one is actually looking for your music (i mean, maybe in real life they are, but its not related to this website at all).

No one should give their money to a company that uses unethical and dishonest spamming tactics like this. Looking at reviews it seems they've even scammed people who got suckered into paying for their full premium memberships. Sites like these need to be taken down

I had a friend with lots of knowledge about computers and internet check out N1M and he found that they are russian... that was not good... so all of you who said it's a scam maybe you are right after all... and as somebody wrote... it is not easy to close your account... and they are very hard on you... they say that if you close the account you can never get another account... probably because if you do you will see the things that people write about them... all is the same... but if you're on your own you never see that... maybe it's a scam maybe not... but I will not use them any more.../PEO!

So earlier in the year I had a free account. Had a couple on number 1s then all of a sudden, my account had disappeared. So I set up another, used a different email address. Had several more number ones, been played on radio in Argentina as the DJ found me on N1M, and during the summer I was at number 1 in the UK for 5 weeks and number 2 globally. I was quite happy. Told loads of my music buddies about it. Guess what? My flippin account has been removed again. On both occasions I email and email and get no response. I had already figured that most of the messages I received where fake but come on, there are some genuine people listening.

This site is absolute rubbish they are scammers I was using the recommend and earn and using my blincoins to spot light my account, then they froze my account, now I cant get back in the site to delete my account yet it's still on there and I cant get access, I've sent them emails though the site and they ignore them stay away it's a pile of crap www.soundcloud.com/deanhall

I've been with this site for years and the last several years I upgraded to the gold membership, this year my money was debited at the end of august for renewal. Then a couple weeks ago, they sent me an email stating we'd hate to lose you as a member, I thought it was a mistake, I replied stating they perhaps didn't update their records, then I'm seeing currently, my merchandise has been taken down, my stats are not visible, and there are no buy buttons for fans. I contacted CS with a copy of my bank record showing my membership was deducted for 99.95 and there is no response from them. I can't find a phone number for them either. I've never sold one thing on their site, I have 22,00 thousand plays on my songs, there is no way to earn any royalties I'm concerned. When I click on the buy button, they say to upgrade to premium, but I already did! Messages from fans have indicated that they never ever could find any buy button on my page. Further, with all the plays on my songs, there have been no option to earn royalties or a way to link to spotify, a lot of money lost. CS would not respond to this either.

It's quite simple: as soon as you put some music on it, and N1M allows you to put 3 songs fro free, then you got a host of adorable girls who like your music soooo much, sending you messages in order to know where, when, and how buy your fantastic stuff. Of course, the final aim is to ask you to subscribe to the paying part of N1M, which won't get you any money back, but only a crowd of bots who let you imagine you're popular. All is fake, your rankings, the messages and the people behind, the only real thing is that this site is a scamming portal where musicians and componists are invited to let some money. As Gandalf said it: run away, poor fools!

I have 2 accounts with N1M. I find it funny that I get the exact same messaging on both accounts. The only difference is they change the name of the song that they claim they are so in love with. As I'm typing this, I also remember how I was told that it was not a good thing to have 2 accounts. I see why lmao! Because they don't want to to be able to make a comparison and see that they are full of $#*!!

Here I was soooo excited that one of my songs went to #1 "in all countries". Only to find out that it may have been a scam.

I had been posting music to the site and using their Blincoin recommendation process to earn credit to promote my music. My songs were frequently ranked #1 and I received tons of fan mail. I encouraged all my musician friends to post their music on the site. I was in the process of mastering my catalog for sale on their site and use their professional service when they killed my account.

All of a sudden, they kept telling me my Twitter site was set to private, which it wasn't. I checked and check and checked. I never had set it to private ever.

Every time I reached out to support they would not have a conversation, only send a FAQ on how to change my Twitter setting. Clearly something on their end is broken and they just stopped responding. They even rejected any campaigns to spend my remaining Blincoin.

The ghosting by NumberOneMusic.com's support is completely unprofessional and I regret heading all the warning not to use their site.
