We owe them money from my company and made a plan with credit dept. after making that deal they proceeded to put us on cod which we were told immediately wouldnt happen then when i made my forst payment, which was more than agreed upon, i waa told my money was no good that it waant enoigh of a payment. Total confusion and classlessness. The people have no regard for anything but then again they are corporate rained robots. We will never i mean never spend a dollar with them and be certain to let as many other places know our experience.

A lot of things have to be improved before this company comes close to even being an average competitor in the industry. First, the salary should be made competitive, considering the benefits it provides are decent. Second, leadership must be improved and should learn to foster a better work environment. Some managers micromanage employees, which is always a bad thing no matter which employee you ask.
