Very bad experience, I had to cancel my reservation 20 days before arrival, then they said that there is no refund if you cancel less than 40 days!
If something happen for you and you need to cancel your booking, You lose 100% of your money unfair.

Lost all our money due to pandemic but Novasol not interested in helping in any way. NEVER AGAIN will we use them. Be very careful!

I booked a holiday home through Novosol and an hour later I realized I booked the wrong month, I emailed, called and tried to change the month, but I was told I couldn't and would loose all my money. No cancellation or changes were allowed. Worst customer service and they are thieves. Do not use this company, by any means, stick to booking.com or Airbnb

I wanted to add some extra nights to my booking one moenth in advance. That was only possible via a really slow chat, I had to wait a lot to get any reaction. As soon as I didnt answer quickly the chat would get disconnected and I had to start from the beginning again. They cahrge 95€ to make any changes of the booking, as soon as the money has been payed. Then they charged the normal price of any extra days, instead of applying the week deal that they apply on their website for any customer. Very unfriendly. The costs to cancel the booking one month in advance are the same amount of the total price, so it means you actually cannot cancel it. Very untransparent company.

We booked the appartement in Spain (September 2023) via booking.com and then, we redirected to Novasol services.
Novasol provides the amazing pictures of appartement that we rent on booking.com. However, they were far away from reality: the appartement is dirty, bed linens and towels are not proper, horrible smell, dust ect. ( appartement was not a cheap one!). Novasol doesn't take any responsibility! Is a client obliged to stay in such apartment and sleep in this bed? Novasol customer service supposes that "yes" and informed us about "no reimbursement" due to earlier departure. One week they considered our urgent request (we informed them immediately by phone, provided the pictures with the described situation). Nothing was proposed! We booked another appartement since it was impossible to spend our annual two weeks vacations in that one.

An absolute joke of a company, we are a villa owner who sign a one year contract with Novasol. 2 and a half year later they started holiday renting it. We were unaware of this as all emails went into junk mail, we were out of contract but said it was a rolling contract.The Contract was in Spanish and we had no interpreter, not signed in Notary as all legal documents should be in Spain. 1st they did not use the guide price we had given then. Basically charging what they wanted. 2nd the dates were unavailable but They still booked people in. 3rd or Villa sleeps 12 people but booked it to 2 people at less than 1/3 The original price. 4th, the company are now trying to claim back the full amount of the booking charges from us the home owners. We are now taken legal action again novasol.
They use bullying tack ticks to make you sign. Kept making calls to my partner saying she needs to sign now. Making out there your best friend but in truth they are out to con you.
Please in my opinion do not ever use the company. This is a no star rating

I have had an absolutely terrible experience with Novasol. I booked a home in Italy through Booking.com that was managed by Novasol. The advertisement said that the home was a 9-minute walk from the beach and under 20 minutes to other points of interest. When we received the final confirmation with the actual address we found out that the home was a 38 minute walk to the beach and 45 minutes to the other points of interest. I flagged this to them ahead of our trip hoping they'd provide a solution or a refund, neither of which they did. We were traveling with our 1 year old and couldn't stay that far from the sea so we ended up booking another property and have contacted Novasol documenting all of the conversations we've had with them and showing the exact listing and the actual distances. They are refusing a refund and keep replying to me with a robotic answer saying we had to have raised this issue before our stay, which we did!

I DO NOT recommend using this company. There are so many better options out there. They are dishonest and their customer service is a disgrace. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache.

Novasol is gready, unhelpful og hatefull. They will not help you in any way. They will use all their time to make you pay as much as possible, and they will lie to you.
