When we complained of pool construction next door to the pricey villa we had rented to relax they said it was out of their control and they were sorry for our inconvenience. There was high speed sawing and jackhammering three feet from the house and we were suppose to enjoy sitting by the pool?!?!? They took no responsibility and left us to listen to piercing sounds for days. Why would any home owner rent their houses with a company with no integrity?

They could care less how your experience is once they get your money.
