We ordered a wood burning insert in oct 2022 with the website indicating it was in stock. This was misleading as we later had to call customer service where they indicated that it wouldn't be available until the end of December. After not receiving the product by January 2023, we tried reaching this company for an update. We just now received an email indicating it wouldn't be available until end of April 2023. There was zero communication or follow up from this company and no explanation for the extended delay. While we understand supply chain shortages, we expect some sort of communication when spending thousands of dollars for a product that hasn't been received. Buyers beware! We will be seeking a refund, but not confident that the refund process will be smooth either.
We bought the HD fire grate. Shipping was fast and we have had a few fires with it so far and looks like this one is built to last. The grate is very stout with thick steel.
