I call ahead of time so as to have no complications during shipping, no help, no suggestions. They say they will send shipping info...and then don't do it! I talked to 2-3 different people there, all the same, it's like a game to them, they couldn't less if you get your order or not--they make their money whether you get it or not! There are other more reputable flue sales companies around, I won't be back! If I can dissuade others from using this company, I will!

I ordered a small part for a pellet stove's venting. I went ahead and stepped up the shipping to priority because I needed it like now... Anyway it was Tuesday and Northline Express said it would arrive Friday. The postal service said Saturday. It actually came on THURSDAY! :)

Received notification that item will arrive at our home on Friday, March 24. Received tracking information that items shipped...in transit...city it was currently sitting in...arrived to final shipping point. Waited to see our new spark guard. Got notification from Paypal that there was a refund to our account for this item. No notification from NorthlineExpress. Odd encounter. Will not do business with them again.

I purchased these rugs on sale and waited 6 weeks for delivery. I contacted Northline Express and their customer service was very reassuring that as soon as they came in, I would get them. I wish that they had notified me of the delay, instead of me figuring out how to contact them, get through their phone system to get an answer. Minor irritation…but a quick email would have helped.
After a long wait, I was notified that they were shipped. They arrived safely.
So ultimately my only issue was the delay. Everything else was smooth and the products are very nice.
