The 6 auger stakes supplied were unusable for a northern forest installation. The combination of roots and rocks made it impossible to install. I ended up attaching 6 buckets with rope to the frame and filling them with sand to weigh it down.

I contacted NorthlineExpress via the online chat reference some chimney pipe and joints for a pellet stove install. The customer service rep was extremely helpful and directed me to the items needed for my job.
I get half my order and then they say the last two remaining pieces are going to be probably 30 days out unacceptable they should have told me from the start that they couldn't fulfill the complete order
