My order was lost by the shipping company. I called NorthlineExpres and they basically did not have any answer or solution. I was informed that they will try to locate and will inform me the next day. A week later I called since I have not heard from them. Once again I was told that they are still looking for it. At this time I asked to speak to the manager I was put on a long hold and they informed me that they were going to send another order so that I didn't have to talk to the manager. I asked if it could get express delivery and once again I didn't get an answer. I was told that they will call me 48 hrs after they submitted my replacement t order and it's been four days and I haven't heard from them. In the meantime I explained to them that this is time sensitive since I have a contractor installing my wood stove which is not going to happen since the pad is somewhere. They pushed my installation date 6 weeks meaning I would be in heating season by that time which I was trying to avoid. Very unhappy and one of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with a company. Very unprofessional!
