Purchased an item on their website which was in stock at the time. I received an email back saying that they were out of stock and if there was a sku that I would like to use instead. This was fine enough customer service (they could have sent me links to simliar products). I sent them a SKU. Then waited. And waited. Then I sent them a few more emails asking about any updates. Then they finally sent an email back saying they are cancelling the order (with no cancellation email/verfication). No help, no follow up. Do not purchase from these hacks.

This was the second chimney project I did with Northline. I have another one coming in two months. I have spent thousands of dollars on chimney equipment. The first representative I worked with on the second project was lazy AF. He could've ordered the parts I needed while we were on the phone, but he chose to send me an email list of parts I need to order. In the translation I got two of the part numbers wrong. Northline takes no responsibilityAnd I have to send the parts back at my expense. Even after I have Subsequently bought the correct parts from them. They put profit over loyalty. Think twice about ordering from Northline. My third chimney project I will not use them. Amazon is quicker and cheaper. Just corporate greed!
