Started working on this project in 2021 and was slowed way down by shipping delays and items being out of stock. That was understandable at the time, but I also called and spoke to someone who told me my items were in stock, only to later find out that was not the case. Items ended up not being able to be delivered till the middle of winter, we live in Minnesota. So we cancelled the order. Reordered supplies to do the job this summer, but ordered things well in advance as I have to schedule a weekend when I can get some help putting this in (it's not a simple install). Went to install it in June and we didn't have the parts we needed (despite getting the site's recommendations and speaking to a representative). I ordered the extra parts that I was told I needed and set up another weekend to do the job. In the mean time, I'm living and working 3 hours away in Wisconsin, so I have to travel to Minneapolis for the weekend to get this done. Did the install and didn't need one of the parts I was told I needed. Tried to return it but was told that I could not because it had been more than 60 days (it had been 81 days). So now I'm stuck with $150 part I don't need after spending over $3k in parts on this job. Next time I'll just go to Menards.

The reason I am giving 4 stars, is due to the first item delivered being incomplete, in missing the included trim ring. I would give Northline customer service 5 stars, with respect to their correcting the mistake, and sending out another item, this time with the trim, at no charge. Received replacement item in a reasonable period of time.
