I had to return something they responded very quickly.

Well I think I've done this wrong I think the one above I should have said for the title awesome very good experience so again I'm very satisfied with what I purchased and I'm very satisfied with the people I dealt with

Ordering for all the parts I needed for an outdoor pizza oven chimney went well and the shipping was very prompt. But, you learn about the true nature of a company when there are problems not when everything goes smoothly. The first shipment of the chimney parts I ordered arrived significantly damaged to the point of being unusable. After submitting a few photos of the parts, NorthlineExpress quickly shipped out replacements so I could keep my project on track. No run-arounds, no hassles.

Ordering was easy, delivered as promised, it was a very satisfying experience.

Wonderful. Even after i ordered some mix matched parts they call me to let me know. Then they helped me with getting the correct parts. Best thing was that they saved me several hundred dollars. Thank you very much. I still havent had a chane to install everything but it all showed up no damage and looks great. Parts fit each other as i have done a dry run

We needed a platform for our new wood burning stove to sit on. We found what we needed online through Northline Express. They were having a Labor Day Weekend sale of 15% off where we could save approximately 170 bucks. So without hesitation, went ahead and placed our order for a riser and tiled surface pad that sets on top of the riser for the wood stove to sit on. Once I ordered it, it said it was going to take 4-6 weeks to receive out order. It arrived in approximately 10 days. The delivery driver phoned me and we met him at the street and he dropped it into the back of our pick up truck with his lifter thingy and we took it to the house and set it into the corner and it fit perfectly. We are quite satisfied with the products and service we received through Northline Express.

I appreciate the chimney estimator but I then ordered the wrong material and they refused to cancel and after 4 days, shipped anyway.

There prices and selections are good but I would rather pay Amazon prices because at lease you can get your money back for damaged goods. The items come poorly packaged(not NE fault) and therefore can be easily damaged. I have tried to return my item to NE with no response from customer service. I had to purchase my item several times from Amazon until I got one that was not damaged.

Called customer service due to having a couple pipes left over after erecting the storage unit. Seems the company simply incorrectly placed them in the box. Every pipe was well labeled that allowed us to determine the pipes were not part of my unit. Customer service was extremely helpful in determining the issue.
