Bought pellet stove pipe but it really is only a stove pipe. Not universal. Held back hooking up pellet stove and they charged a return fee. Double ck that what you buy will work.

Chimney Pipe improperly manufactured threads and would properly connect.
Received my part and it was damaged worked with Katey in customer service. After sending pictures I was told that the vendor would be notified. Three days later new part was delivered at no cost or shipping cost. I will order from them again. Katey in the service department was a pleasure to work with.
Everything went well installed the pipe today, I appreciate receiving my chimney pipe quickly

Overall pleasant purchase items arrive quickly. Despite it seeming to be suitable packaging, two of the expensive pipes were damaged but still usable and for the hassle of sending them back from my rural location was not worth it
