I have wanted this fireplace rug for several years, when I saw it was on sale, I decided to buy, it will replace an older rug that I love but have not found anything similar to. From everything I've seen, it looks to be good quality & will hold up to to our oversized wood burning fireplace that helps mitigate high northern utility bills.
The order came fairly quickly, it was rolled up, not folded & only took a day or 2 to flatten out, the colors are warm and muted and fit well with the living room.
Your service is good your on hand stock is pretty good but your prices are much higher than your competitors

Ordered a Normandy fireplace door and I received a call from customer service that the order was received. I received a follow up call to go over the dimensions and color. Door was received in perfect condition 4 weeks later and it looks and works great.
Good help from the customer service person. Verified the cap would work with my stove pipe. Received cap in just a couple days and it does everything thing the information says it will do. Easy to install and absolutely stop the down draft I had.
