I was excited to finally find a place that sells large metal chimney brushes, to use for cleaning our coffee roaster ducting. Online pricing was wildly different for the different sizes (over $100 vs around $40), which a sales associate let me know was due to a few of the brushes being on sale. Ok fine, just not properly labeled. Put in an order for the brushes on sale, and was notified a couple days after the order confirmation that two of the three brushes ordered were actually out of stock. So yeah, kinda lame, not a great shopping experience.

The item I ordered was not needed so i contacted customer service and requested to cancel order prior to shipment. Got a notice it shipped an hour later. I then again called customer service to find out why it was shipped when I informed them not to. They said it was already in the shipping queue. Because the cost of returning item and process the return was more than purchase price, they informed me to just keep or donate the item. So to me this was a win win result.
I appreciate the way this grate was packed and even though the box was slightly damaged, the grate wasn't able to liberate itself from the box!
