Bought some stove bright paint from them. They were one of very few the manufacturer recommended. Key is DON'T BUY OLD PAINT! Old paint will lead to problems especially this type of paint!

The item was received on time and as described. The information on what size to order was perfect. My only complaint is the type of glue they use to stick on the warranty information to the grate in two places. It was not the typical soft glue that is easily peeled off (i.e. Like on credit or gift cards, etc.). Because this glue is not flexible, when I removed the warranty info cards (2), a portion of the card stayed stuck to the glue, and ripped off the card. I had to use a thin flat head screw driver to remove the two globs of glue from the grate. It came off in small chunks, and it was way more work than it should have been taking about 10 minutes to completely remove both globs. This could be a simple fix by using a different more pliable glue. Other than that we love it, and love that it was made in the USA.
So far this process has been quick I hope my delivery will be as well.
It's perfect! Better price than the others, too! I just wished that y'all had the accessories to go with it, like an ash can, the charcoal basket, and cover, but I found them on other sites. Other than that, the grill is great for the two of us. Thank you for the video of it, which is what convinced me to buy it.👍🏻

My product was received on time but I didn't receive the tracking number until a month later. While I was waiting on my product I checked their website for any updates in their system and it never said it shipped. However I did end up receiving it on time. The strange thing is I received a tracking number an entire month later which said I ordered the same thing but on 10/29. I ordered on 9/20. Worried something strange was going on and they were sending my same order all over again even though I already received it, I quickly checked the order number. Come to find out it was the tracking number I never received! FedEx website stated the package was delivered 9/27.
