Good shopping experience but every single section of pipe received was beat to hell. The packaging is inadequate for the product. Especially for the stainless steel section. It had a big dent in middle and now the metal is all creased.

Product didn't come with the fluted end as pictured. Was just a straight coupling. This made instal to the flexible chimney liner pretty difficult.

I spent $2k on parts. This was DVL double-wall stove pipe, the DuratTech double-wall chimney, the support box, and a variety of accessories. First after two weeks they let me know that one part won't actually ship for 3 weeks. I email them to ask to cancel the order and I get a response in broken English. Twice I spent 15 minutes on hold just to go to voicemail. In the end, 2 out of 5 of my shipments never make it at all. The final issue was their online wizard recommended the wrong support collar so now I can't connect the stove pipe to the support box.

Found what I was looking for, items are good quality. Site had several options and I found one I liked!
I have used the throw in creosote removers for 7 or 8 years. I burn soft wood so creosote build up is a problem. These sticks change the creosote to a crunchy granular material. It does not stick to the pipes well and is easily removed.
