I spent a couple of days trying to locate all the parts I needed to install a wood stove in my metal building. Because I don't have an attic space it was challenging to figure out how to do it and there were no good YouTube videos out there. The real challenge was finding all the parts that I need. It appeared I was going to have to order parts from a bunch of different vendors. Then I found Northline Express. They have everything in one place on their website, including kits for the most complicated parts of my assembly. That took a load of uncertainty out of my design, and on top of that they noticed I had ordered an incompatible part, called me and fixed my order. Fantastic service! I'm going to make a YouTube video on how I decided to install a wood stove in an insulated metal building that has no attic space. I am definitely going to brag about how Northline Express put everything in one place and saved me from my own mistake.

Seamless. Helpful educational videos provided to select grate size. The grate is extremely heavy duty with ample area beneath the grate to limit contact with hot embers which destroy the grate prematurely. This is our 3rd grate and hopefully our last. Our previous grates were cheaper and much less well constructed.

I did not know anything about this site until I came across advertising online on Pinterest ( I think) or on X, I'm not sure where! So I thought I'd gave it a try, and turned out it a very trustworthy website. No shipping fee up to certain amount that I spent, and I love that! Thank you for producing such wonderful products.

Both bottles were dirty and one was partially open (seal broken). Luckily there was no leakage. No problems with previous purchase so no harm no foul. Product and bottles are still functional.

Ordered several pieces for our gas fireplace chimney. Was easy to connect the parts. The only downside was several pieces delivered at different times with the last piece on back order and had to wait several weeks. Customer service was very helpful. AI service was not helpful, took several emails back and forth before I realized I was trying to get answers from AI.

It was easy to find the exact product with the dimensions needed for our fireplace. Lots of options to choose from too.

Had to have very high heat tolerance paint for WWII Veteran project 1st gen Mustang. Looked everywhere until Northline came through. We ALL thank you
