Keep in mind if you have to return an item from the US to Canada, it's very expensive. Also, the tipping request is unusual.

Exceptional product and customer service. My one caution is the cost to return or exchange goods. Cost 23.00 to return ship pants due to customs! I followed size guidelines but one pair was too small! Yes I'm exchanging because I really like pants but be sure of size or be prepared to pay $$$

I had to wait weeks for delivery. This is my third pair of Northbound pants a good product.
When the product arrived the leg length was incorrect. 30 I ordered 28. As I waited weeks and needed the pants I kept them.

I ordered a pair of the adventure pants after seeing all of the positive reviews and great marketing material. I ordered my usual pant size of 36x32, however, when I received them, the waist fit perfectly but from the knees down they were skin tight. I returned them, at my expense, and exchanged them for a size up, 38x32. Just received them today and the waist is a bit larger, but from the knees down they are like tights, again!
Extremely disappointed. The quality of the material looks great, but these are just too uncomfortable to wear around. Maybe I received two faulty pairs. There is no way they should be that tight around the calves and knees. In looking at the videos, it appears to be a normal or slim fit. Mine are like tights.

Easy to buy from the site, and good communication throughout - also fast delivery considering the inter-continental nature of the transaction. However, sizing is generous vs the supplied charts so had to return to get a smaller size, at a cost of £22 to me! This is about 25% of the cost of the item, making the overall cost of the trousers eye-wateringly high!

I'm heading to Iceland in about a week. I'll let you know about how they perform when I get back. I've tried them on and I like the fit/feel of them.

The measurements are accurate.

My jacket and pants came quickly and in excellent condition. I've worn them both professionally planting for a landscaping company and they performed above my expectations. Warm, rain proof, flexible, couldn't be more happy.

Ordered two pairs of adventure waterproof trousers, one was too big so sent back and reordered a smaller size - new trousers arrived and are much better fit - product appears very well made and of really good quality.
Only issue was when returning the trousers that were too big, it cost £27 to return them - a bit of a shock and would make me think twice about ordering again

Shipped quickly for a package from China. Pants seem well made despite being of Chinese origin.

Although I was originally disappointed in the fact you did not have my size in two different pants, I was very happy with the follow up. The problem is the follow up was followed by several more follow ups. The first two pants I ordered they did not have my size so I chose a third. They then lost the pants and when they finally told me, they did not have the proper size so I took an order and decided to get them fixed when I got them, I still have no pants even though there have been several promises that I would have them. The last promise was I would get them today and I still do not have them,

First impressions are they are very impressive, warm and are a comfortable fit.

We should know in a few day's whether they meet our expectations as the area we are travelling too is expected to be very cold and windy. So here's hoping.

The fit near the top is a bit strange, pulls down a bit so a belt is strongly needed. Upsells always make me very nervous. Often they are charged when even though the user clicks decline.
