I mistakenly assumed that a Canadian company would have stock on hand and ship from Canada. Nope, drop ship from overseas took a very long time to receive the order.
BUT the pants are great, they fit well and are very comfortable. Time will tell about their durability.

While your online shopping app is easy to use coupled with the online chat assistance, the shipping/tracking aspects falls short. There was a 26 day wait on my package with no updates on my tracking number link. The fact that shipping takes nearly a month deters me from re-ordering. And, during that month-long wait you inundated me with emails to buy more products when, frankly, I hadn't even seen the actual product I ordered. Lots of room for improvement.

The pants are excellent but run a little bit long. I wear a inseam size 34 in street pants. I ordered a 32 length. Perfect. Took a couple of weeks to arrive.

I placed the order on November 23rd. It showed the product was in stock. I was expecting to get the product within 10 business days. The product arrived on December 22nd.
I really wanted them for my hunting trip leaving on December 7th.
Canadian design but the product had to go through Customs?

Love my trousers and very comfy and versatile for outdoor activities.

I love these winter trousers which are great for dog walking on wet, cold, snowy or windy days.
I bought the grey size 10, I would say true to size for a UK 14, still room to tuck in base layers etc.
I am 1.65m & am happy with the regular length. The lower leg zipper opening is excellent to allow access for putting on welly boots if needed. Delivery 11 days after ordering.
Overall delighted with my purchase which will be fantastic for our Scottish winters!

Great pants for outdoors but I really needed ones for inside too,

Easy to order, arrived on time, and great products!

It seemed to take a long time to receive my order., seems like about a month. I inquired and no one from the company responded to my request once I had figured out that they had not actually been shipped. The tracking number was a bit deceptive, I thought it was shipped, when all it was, was a notice that they had created a shipping slip. Those are two different things. That should have been better communicated. It also would have also been nice to have been told when it was actually shipped. The pants have arrived, they fit and they look rugged enough. The constant marketing after the purchase was a bit annoying, for several weeks, I thought I had been scammed, so again, better communication, less marketing would be appreciated. Not sure if I will purchase in the future. Took an extraordinary long time to receive the order.

My husband absolutely loves the trousers that I bought him. He uses them a lot for dog walking, they're perfect for the winter in UK and really easy to wipe down muddy paws after our dog has jumped up numerous times! A win win would definitely recommend them.

I find it pathetic to take almost a month to received my belt. It's my second order from Northbound and probably be the last until they provide free faster shipping. I love thé item purchased but they need to do much better in the shipping issue
