The pants I ordered for my husband are perfect. I ordered in early November I believe and did not do any extra shipping with weeks to allow for delivery. It arrived late last week just before Christmas. I'm just glad they showed up. I'm thinking if ordering a pair for myself.

The shipping experience was quick and easy and the product is fantastic (my husband is a professional dog walker right now and is outside rain and shine. He loves his new adventure pants!) the only reason this isn't five stars is because I experienced a huge delay in any information about the shipping of the product. It took close to a month to get the pants, and I wasn't updated on their status until they were literally on my doorstep. Otherwise, excellent experience!

Processus d'achat compliqué, trop agressif sur la vente. Pop up de rajout d'articles alors qu'on est en train de payer. Tracking de l'article difficile. Mais reçu articles avant Noël et très agréablement surpris de la qualité.

Great Canadian company with great, confortable and durable products. Their products are well crafted with quality fabrics. The only negative point that makes me give only 3 stars and not five, is their shipment delays. It took over a month for my last order to be received.

The product is great but unfortunately the shipping isn't. For a product that is Canadian and I ordered from Canada, I would have expected to have received my order a lot sooner.
Northbound gear suggested picking the smaller size if between sizes.

Placed an order Dec 5. Stated expected delivery was Dec 19. Today is 26th and there are no shipping updates since order was placed. Phone number is answered by a machine and no call backs are given. Chat function on website doesn't work. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE.
Expensive, but it has been my only pair of pants this trip in December. Very comfortable during both cold weather hikes and relatively warmer weather too! Haven't yet tried summer, but looking forward to it.
Quality and fit were excellent. My husband loved his pants and has been wearing them nonstop since Christmas.
Product, once delivered, was good. Information from Northbound Gear about delivery status was poor. Email from supplier said product was ready for delivery on Nov 27 but in fact was not delivered until Dec 22. I called Northbound Gear contact number twice and left voicemails and emailed twice and left request for information on delivery but no one got back to me. I can understand delivery delays during holiday season but not the failure to respond to the "contact us" on their website - very disappointed in that.
