The pants are real nice. Very comfortable in our cold winter weather. My only complaint is the delivery took almost a month.

Not many things upset me, but when you create a shipping label so you can say you shipped and bill me and you don't ship for 5+ days. You get the point.
Why does my men's coat have a female zipper? Is this a Canadian thing?
I used the coat and pants for a Rocky Mountain hike/scramble in December. Moreno wool base layer and I was almost overheating in 20F weather. Used both for a ski trip the next week during the blizzard over Christmas. Both performed extremely well. Pants didn't fit over ski boots but powder was fluffy and of no concern. Other than the wrong zipper I am happy with my purchase.

Came quickly during Christmas season. Nice packaging. We'll done!

Wore these pants during the freezing rain/cold we had in the PNW recently. Worked great! Kept me warm and dry. Only suggestion-can you offer the black and grey pants with black zippers for the pockets and black stitching on the knees?

Very happy with my hiking pants. They are high quality and true to size. Shipping took a bit longer than expected but worth the wait.

I have been purchasing Northbound Gear for many years now. Adventure Water Resistant pants and Jeans, Tactical Jackets and other accessories for personal use and as gifts for both young and more senior men and women ( 90's).
I find that they run true to size, are durable and are constructed of quality materials. The designs incorporate thoughtful planning appropriate to use.
The company and staff have been readily available and supportive in response to questions.

A perfect fit for my tall slim husband! The stretch in the waistband is super comfortable for him and the length was perfect. The pants are warm and comfortable and he is a happy customer! He loves the pockets and the warmth of them with the liner. They did take three weeks to arrive but the package got here in time for Christmas.

The pants were a hit. The shipping however was a disaster.

The legs are far to right. I wore them one time, and one of the belt loops broke. I wore them while outside during a snow storm. The temp was 6° F, and they neither blocked the wind, nor kept me warm. They are far too thin to be of use during the cold winter.

I had no issues navigating the website or placing my order.
Shipping took approx 1 month but it was probably partly due to it being the holiday season.

Purchased xmas gift for my grandson. Ordered Nov 28th. Should have been more than ample time to ship to Ottawa (even using the notoriously slow Canada Post) in time for xmas. It was not received until 28th December.

My pants from Northbound gear have been great so far. Came in handy for outdoor activities during a recent snow storm and frigid temps. The shipping is a bit slow and wish that could be more efficient, but the product is A+

My father bought a pair of the adventure pants for my xmas gift, he recieved a coupon so I used that copoun on a pair of the summer pants. The shipping was very long, we had communication with northbound gear and only received an answer stating the products were in transit. When we spoke to Canada Post they stated they did not have the parcels. I was a bit nervous we bought products that would never arrive. The communication from the company was very strange, seemed like robots their emails were identical which made me even more worried. Eventually Canada Post recieved the parcel but it stated it came from outside of Canada, which I also found odd because their website states they are based in Canada. I felt a bit lied to about the whole situation and I wouldn't buy from the company again.

I did recieve the pants, the summer pants were huge in the waist, I ordered a size 0 which were supposed to be 28 inches but measured at 30 inches, I spent $40 getting the tailor here in town to fit them to me. Surprisingly the thighs fit me fine. They are a very strange fit.

The adventure pants seem to fit me much better, alot smaller of a waist, I do love the fleece lined pants.

I wish the company was more upfront about where their pants come from. If they had originally told us the pants come from outside of Canada then I would have felt a bit more relaxed instead of feeling like I was getting scammed.

Communication with the company was not great, and then the fit of the summer pants was horrible.

Hello, my delivery way delayed with no explanation and after 3 weeks, I reached out to customer support and received no response. I did finally receive the order. I will not be ordering again.
