You never replied to any of my emails asking when it would come. It was late for Christmas which I didn't appreciate. I will think twice before ordering again.

Not very impressed with communication regarding my order which appeared to be sitting in limbo somewhere? I understand it is holiday season but order was placed at the end of November and tracker so showed so progress? Tried to get in contact various ways!

LOVE my new pants. So warm! Glitch with the post office, but Northbound contacted me to let me know they were aware, concerned and gave me an update. Great customer service!

Delivery took almost a month. Sizing said "true" but my measurements were off leaving pants way too big. Rather than return for exchange and waste more time, I have a seamstress making alterations to reduce from size 40 to 36-38. However I do like design and material of pants

Appears to be a good but will wait to see how good these pant's really are?
We do a lot of outdoor activities- should be good for tailgating! My husband's fit me and I plan to order for me. Women's style don't have the pockets and flexibility. Go figure.

Great Pants - confused that the delivery had a US boarder note. I thought these were Canadian made

When I finally received the product it was very nice just took 21 days to receive so maybe use a better carrier

I now have 8 of their products - summer pants, fall pants, belts. Excellent fit, advertised size is correct.
Very comfortable. I really like all the zippered pockets for security - nothing will fall out. Rugged pants - and I wear them almost every day. WELL DONE. Very Happy!

The weather-resistant adventure pants kept popping up on social media. I checked the company out (because some of those pop-ups are sketchy) and decided they were the real deal I'm a horse person, and I thought these pants would be really great for winter barn days. I'm very pleased with the pants. I'm between a 6 and 8 women's, so I ordered the 6 and the fit is perfect.

Ordering process is easy. Purchased a couple more pair of the women's water, windproof hiking pants. They're warm, comfortable (keep you dry) and easy to move in.

I can't fault the product; it is beautiful. Because I'm in Canada and the advertising clearly had Canada all over it, I assumed delivery would be fast; it wasn't (3 weeks). I got sizing wrong si now I'm waiting to see how the return process will go.

This is my second pair of Adventure Pants and I bought a pair for my wife too, she loves them! Also grabbed a pack of boxer/briefs and they're awesome too. I didn't think underwear could be improved but you guys found a way.
