I had to send quite a few messages to get a response, on the website, through email, on Facebook, and on Instagram. The response I received was clearly copy/pasted and has led me to believe Northbound Gear isn't the most transparent company. If I had known before purchasing that the clothing is produced in China, then shipped to the warehouse in the UK, and then finally sent out to customers, I never would have placed an order.
Very convenient especially with free shipping for an excellent great-fit product.
The pants are excellent! They are warm and comfortable to hike in. I've taken them snowshoing and regular hiking and they've not disappointed. I ordered mine to be a little bigger so that I can comfortably wear long underwear underneath.
Hubby wanted a new belt. He has quite a few but they are not quite right he says. Easy to find what I am looking for on the site
Customer Service was great and reading the reviews were impressive! These are gifts, so the jury is out until after the big day, but I have referred a few friends to Northbound, I am sure we will be very happy with them!
This is my 2nd purchase. The first being 2.5 years ago. The cut and quality are as good as the first pair. I use mine in the barn and for riding. They have stood up very well. Warm, windproof and highly water resistant. I am giving 4 stars because the shipping is still slow. I am in Canada and as NG is a Canadian company I am puzzled as to why the shipping takes as long as it does. New colour selection would be appreciated. Please consider adding a dark brown and / or olive to your colour selection.

Bought these pants for my wife. She sent me a picture walking the dog in the rain. It's in the 40s and raining. She was smiling! Great job, Northbound!
My husband and son love them. We are a hiking family and enjoy outdoor activities. The pants are a good fit.

Purchased a pair of pants in the wrong size (to large) but cannot get any guidance on an exchange.
Very disappointed in lack of customer service after the sale.
At first I was hesitant because delivery of the order seemed to be taking a long time—because of the carrier. After reaching out to Northbound Gear, they followed up with the carrier and stayed in touch with me to let me know when my pants would arrive and just got them yesterday. And they are absolutely beautiful on and very warm. Wish I'd been wearing them on the NYE backpacking trip I just did. Thank you!
No information on tracking. Delvery very late. Tried calling and no one answered. Tried emailing and no response. Not customer service friendly.
