Love the Adventure pants as do the men I bought them for. Disappointed that they weren't here by Christmas. I didn't realize they were only designed in Canada and not made here which explains the wait time to receive them.

The pants are warm and comfortable to wear. The delivery of the pants was very slow, it took 5 weeks! And the hoodie from the same order took extra 4 weeks and came after I came back from my trip! Sizing: the regular is size is surprisingly long and the tall is realy tall, I had to sendi it back. Unfortunately the process of the return was very difficult to navigate on the website. I had to send it back to Canada for $19. With insurance it would have been $43! This is now 6 weeks ago and I have not heard back from the company nor did I get the exchange pants yet! Product is ok but they have to work on their communication, service and handling!

Pants do not fit and the cost to ship back to exchange is really expensive so I basically wasted hard earned $ on pants do not fit. If I had read the exchange policy prior to buying I would not have made the purchase. I already had a 36/30 that I have to use a belt with so I purchased 34/30 this time but the legs are too tight.

Ordering was easy but shipment was delayed and I did not get follow up information in a timely manner on the status of shipment. I need to return the item but I can't find the info online and I sent an email with a question and no one has gotten back to me.

It is an offer to my great child for Christmas and he likes so much this gift. And of course I am happy

Northbound Gear's exchange process is not at all clear. I've followed the website directions as directed but it's completely ambiguous whether I'm receiving an exchange for a different size or a refund. I tried calling customer service to clarify and it took 10 days to get an emailed response, with no way to ask the questions I need to ask. Although the pants seem great, I will never order them again due to the customer service - both very slow and confusing.

I have not had a chance to wear them yet but they seem good. They took almost a month to arrive. The tracking of the delivery is lacking and they do not provide an estimated time for delivery. I was about call to see where they were when I got an alert they were to arrive 2 days later.

My son loves his new pants. Shipping was stressful. 2 confirmed delivery dates by Canada post were missed with no word. When I last tracked the shipping number it said status unknown only to be delivered the next day. If you can wait, they are great. They are not made on Canada.

Arrived late didn't fit well want to return for refund. Even this process is hard.

Quick and easy to order, the pants arrived in good time, and the fit is perfect.

Very pleased with product but shopping was poor. Supposed to be here Dec 27 but not delivered until Jan. 12. Glad we did not have an early Jan adventure planned

Took 3 emails and a week to "approve" my return. Jacket and pants run big. Be careful in selecting size. Items are a high quality. Best for northern climes.

I ordered the wrong color pants for my husband, contacted the company, correct color arrived very quickly...thanks!

Easy to use website. Great clothing. I now own three pair of the Women's Adventure pants. Love them!
