Happy with product, might order another pair one day

I ordered a pair of women's pants, size 10. The site claimed that it's clothing were true to size, but the pair I received were not even close. I've been informed that there is a size chart, so I urge you to find that before you order.
I decided to return them. Many of us are accustomed to easy returns, some free, but I found this return policy overly difficult. US customers, be aware that returning packages to Canada means that your package will go through customs, a delaying and expensive process.

I was extremely cautious about how I packed and addressed the package, and found out at the post office that anything going into Canada had to go through customs! Very expensive.

Good for first time shopping on line experience, looking and felt adventurous

Lightweight shorts trousers a good experience great website and customer service the trousers fit well go a slightly bigger size and one of the belts to keep them in place. The material quality seems very good and the trousers look very long wearing.

Ordered through the website after seeing an ad on Youtube. The pants look like I expected and can't wait to try them on a hike. Shipping was a little slow but I expected it since I ordered around the holidays.

They fit her perfectly and most importantly keep her warm and dry.

Offered 10% discount code that could not be used. No place to put code, even made purchase from code link. When considering an added offer price flicked from $67 to $89 with each size selection.
I was refunded the difference without hassle or a fight. So nice to have a company jump in and fix an issue then contact me. I would buy these again, In fact I am waiting for my own size to come back in stock.

Quality products let down by slow delivery and customer services.

Ordered the pants as Christmas gifts in November. Despite wording that the order would be fulfilled in 48 hours, for weeks and until the last moment it appeared the order hadn't been shipped. I did receive the order on December 21st, too late for our early family Christmas but the gifts were still appreciated when we we able to exchange in the new year.

After patiently waiting, my original issue regarding not receiving the proper discount has been successfully resolved, I'm quite pleased with the jacket I ordered and did finally receive.

I really like the pants but had to return or exchange them as I bought Long 12 and pants were really too long which does not happen often. I am looking forward to receiving my regular 12 pants to wear this winter

I've been emailing and calling company to get an exchange with no response. How unfortunate!

A few issues with suppliers but I can forgive that.
Fantastic gloves, I'm using these to commute on my motorcycle in the cold and they're brilliant. Northbound never disappoints.

Understandably my order was delayed over Christmas I suspect in Toronto. However, I was disappointed to find out that no one followed up with delayed packages, probably in customs. Mid January, I had to call and leave a message to complain that my order was ordered Dec 16 and no update was noted on delivery status since Dec 26th. No update was received, however order was finally delivered a couple days later.
