Bad customer service!

You cannot call them. I spent 45 minutes online chat, and they tried to bypass my problem. They could not solve it. They will not log into my computer to see the problem and then when I did everything they asked me to do, it did not solve the problem.

Amazing Customer Support

Chatted with Agent Dean and it was a great experience! They gave detailed outlines to a solution to my problem and overall was a great experience and they were very friendly. I wish customer support from other companies was this good!

Nord VPN is disgugusting

I am not sure how Nord vpn even gets 2 stars. Is there a negative star rating? The vpn has worked before. Actually 5% of the time. That is if you continually reboot your computer. If that's not bad enough, try their customer Dis-Service. What a joke. Purchase multiple years: are you kidding. RUN RUN RUN! Now RUN Faster.ordVPN is disgusting and there customer service is worst

Unable to gather the service credentials

I encountered a problem obtaining the service credentials to manually configure the meshnet service.
At the moment I'm using/evaluating the service at free level.
I used also the "real time" chat, and it's really awesome.
I spoken with "Keanu" and "Phoenix" and both these boys are really patient and available, more in deep their questions are pertinent...
Unfortunately the problem involve some central settings (related to the rendering of pages), so at the end the support take over the problem, but from the enduser perspective they're competent and despite the fact that the problem was not addressable by a simple knowledge-base page, their analysis was good.

I bought a Nordvpn subscription using paypal. Nordvpn will not recognize the active, paid subscription. I can not use the service w/o an active subscription. Customer service tells me my account is active, which irrelveant since wo a subscription it is useless. Terrible customer service

I have been trying to use it, seems 4 months now, and it doesn't work. U are supposed to be connected, but you have no internet whatsoever. It is garbage. I have tried to change all the possible protocols to get a better connection, but nothing works. Don't waste ur money... IT IS THE WORST VPN EVER.

Amazing Customer Service
November 28, 2022

I was having a purchasing problem where the purchase wouldn't complete but also was taking my payments with each attempt I'd made. After being transfered to Dean, I was given a link that was successful in processing my purchase. I was also given a personalized coupon code for my troubles that'd lowered my total price by almost half of the price I was originally going to pay; which was already 69% off the original price with a different coupon code I was using from a youtuber. I couldn't stop thanking Dean enough after several failed purchasing attempts. The price cut was extremely amazing and I'm grateful; but I wouldn't even call that the highlight of this review.

Basically an ok VPN no better or worse than any other Imo.
However they seem to have a habbit of taking money from people that have cancelled their memberships if mine and others experiances are anything to go by.
Email the customer service- No reply.
Bank doesn't want to know and these guys are "conviently" located in panama.
Not going to call them scammers but they're bloody close.

It was working ok and quit working 2 weeks ago getting a message saying that I couldn't connect because of a problem on Nords end. Took a week of sending screenshots of that message before they admitted it was on their end. Claim they're working on it and each answer from them has a different thing I'm supposed to change on my device and nothing works. Won't refund my subscription or part of it. Been two weeks and they have no idea when it will be fixed. Cancelled my auto renew!

Quality Company With Quality Service

I've been a NordVPN and NordPass Customer for a few years now. I rarely if at all have any issues with the service. However, just recently my Nord Service was not quite!00% and I needed a better understanding of how the application was functioning. I contacted Nord directly and before I knew it I was dealing directly with Nord Customer Service who guided me through a re-set, which corrected the issues I was having. (Not auto starting on CPU startup). Problem solved. Thanks, Nord Service.

I subscribed to NordVPN for a trip outside the USA and found the performance marginal. Lots of freezing while streaming requiring me to select different VPN sources. Also, they burned me on the auto renewal buried in their Terms. I missed canceling the auto renewal by hours and they said there was no way to cancel the charge. Seriously! I recommend using Proton or Surfshark if you need a VPN.

Nordvpn via Amazon

I purchased Nordvpn via Amazon last year with Auto renewal. On the renewal date Amazon debit my account as expected and the Amazon subscription account showed that I was subscribed for another year. However, I couldn't access the VPN and when I check my Nord account it showed expired. I contacted Amazon who were totally unhelpful and would not accept responsibility (despite recognising that they had taken the money for the service) only advising me to contact Nord. The Nord experience could not have been more different. After raising the issue it was clear that the information had not been passed from Amazon but as I had provided appropriate screenshots proving purchase the matter was resolved immediately. Next year I will renew directly with Nord.

Bought the service for a 1 month to watch TV while abroad, used the service for 15 days and then stopped to use. There where no mention of an Auto renewal thing on my confirmation order i received. The day before it expires i received a billing of 14,95$US for an extra month, i immideately went online and ask for a refund since i did not subscribe to auto renewal. This morning they refused to reimburse me and said they could not do that, even when i sent them the proof. This is a scam and bad relations with customers. I asked pay-pal to withdraw the amount and i am waiting for the answer. I did not use the service a single seconds and was upfront with them. If you ask me, stay away from a companie that does this for 15Us Dollars, they will scam you for more for sure.

NordVPN was my 3rd VPN service. I subscribed for 2 years because they had a decent review. After one month of use the turned off my service because their "automated tools" detected I was "web scraping". I am a retired person using a single desktop. Aside from the occasional BitTorrent book I am NEVER done anything like webscraping. Repeated emails to support to cancel my account are replied to by robot mail saying my account is suspended indefinitely. No further explanation. No Cancellation. Word of warning: they are clearly monitoring your traffic and given their crappy analysis tools they probably have all that data laying around on their servers. Let my loss be your gain: DO NOT USE NORDVPN!

Using NordVPN since 2020 and very happy

I like that I can order 2 years plans for a cheaper price (longer commitment), that I get uninterrupted services and can share my access between 5 other devices (Google Pixel, iPad, Macbook, my wife´s iPhone). Great product and quick customer service, thanks guys!

I purchased 1 month subscription assuming it was just for a month, but it turns out it auto renews. On the first day of next billing cycle my credit card was charged and I contacted NordVPN to cancel and get a refund, but they pointed to their Terms of Service and would not issue refund. I get the ToS, but would appreciate more flexibility for cases like mine.

NordVPN will nor refund over £100 they…
NordVPN will nor refund over £100 they have taken without my permission. I have been with NordVPN for 2 years & decided not to renew. I let my account run out & told then I wish to cancel my subscription. They took 1 year subscription without my permission. They did this from a visa card that was changed 3 months ago & new cards issued yet the still took my money from my account without my permission. In other words they hacked my account. Do not use this VPN they will not let you cancel. They will not give you your money back after they have taken it by hacking.

Hello Ken, rest assured we didn't hack your account. Most likely you did not disable auto-renewal setting on your Nord Account panel and thus your plan got renewed automatically. This is all described in our Terms of Service to which you've agreed when purchasing an account with us. As a result, our support team was unable to issue a refund for the second term. This is a piece of cr@p developed and supported by a bunch of *******@mmers and incompetent m0r0ns.
I've always had a problem connecting to my bank account when this piece of *******@sh is active. My bank will simply won't let me sign in.
I've contacted their support nuuuuuuuumerous times and every single time they ask the same exact same questions. I provided answers to their questions, and even sent screenshots of the error message I always get, to no avail. Believe it or not, they still ask the same stuuuuuuuuuuupid questions over and over again
I finally gave up and asked them to cancel my subscription and refund my money in full.
Their response was " sorry you have passed your 30-day refund period and we can't do partial refunds "

STAY AWAY... it's not worth the money and aggravation.

Any respectable and trustworthy business will stand behind the product / service 100%.
This business certainly is neither
