Have had some issues with sending emails and support was very patient and supportive as I finally was able to get email settings set. Now problems seem to be resolved and hope stays OK. Nice to know if problems arise I have competent support people ready to help out.
On an iphone you constantly have to keep logging in. They will sell you a password manager though.
On a windows machine the software hangs around too much when you're not using it. Their solution to the witeguard issue is to stay camped on port 443 and to have a few processes constantly running on your system.
And last but not least, many have experienced the software just dropping the connection without the kill switches cutting in.
I signed up for a 3 month plan. The service mostly worked well enough. HOWEVER, be advised, they auto renew and bill a full 2 WEEKS in advance. I was planning to cancel the service before the 3 months was up, had it on my calendar with a reminder. But, they don't want you to cancel, so they bill you 2 weeks early. I contacted them as soon as the confirmation hit my inbox, but they refused to cancel/refund me. Said it's in the terms and conditions. I asked if they could just refund the renewal as a courtesy, but they don't do courtesy. And so in 3 months I will never do NordVPN again.

This app is nice for the VPN protection but unfortunately isn't worth the hassle on Android and Win10. Multiple issues, including very slow speeds, connectivity problems and blocking key content (particularly feeds) on websites.
NordVPN's main business appears to be in luring new clients in with a good deal and then refusing to refund when they discover the app doesn't work well. That's what happened to me. Service worked ok at first, then took a nose dive and now they won't refund me any amount of my 2yr plan. Many others report auto-renewal scams and, based upon the fact they won't refund me, I'm concerned they have my payment info now. This is more scam than service it seems. It's tricky because there is a service in here so it seems very legit on the surface.

Nord, operating out of Panama has no customer service phone # and after creating a complaint ticket they use a different person on each email for one issue. Nord is highly compartmentalized to hide the fraud as much as possible. Nord has installed firewalls in their policies that invites fraud and misfortune. Nord will enroll you into auto pay even if you buy a single month subscription even when you check that box not to accept auto pay.
Nord will roll one into auto pay and never notify that customer. Secretly billing and pilfering one's account is the Nord business model. Their employees are vapid, gaslighting clones willing to fleece customers because they chose to be employed by these fraudsters. It is a bottomless pit of lies and cons.
They ripped me off for $140. They accidently sent me an April 2022. Billing notification, which was their first one. That alerted me to the fraud but do not worry it is all part of their Terms of Service.
I had only taken a 1-month subscription, NordVPN auto deducted the amount without my permission after 1 month.
And it was not made clear to me that auto deduct was enabled. This is clearly a Ponzi scheme and when I asked them to refund the money they didn't.
They have a substandard product and I paid an extra 12 EUR for just one month. Never gonna use it again.
After one be month trial I thought I cancelled my account and removed the app from my laptop. 4 months later I see they were still charging my account. I was previously a customer with the main competitor, after my subscription ran out I thought I would try Nord. Initially I had some problems connecting via 5G, I contacted support by email and received a response within 15 minutes. Once contact was made all further messages were responded to immediately. They helped me troubleshoot and fixed the issue quickly.
Since then I have had a fast and stable connection. With the previous company I always had to disconnect when using Netflix as the quality of the stream was poor, not so with Nord. I also haven't had any websites or services deny my connection.
I am impressed with Nord, the customer service is great, the stability and speed of the connection are excellent and of course the price is extremely competitive.

A little over 2 years ago, I decided to purchase NordVPN for 2 years. From the beginning, I noticed that NordVPN will not run if my AV is running in the background. So, every time I wanted to use NordVPN, I had to turn off my AV. I communicated this with their support team through email from get go. After multiple rounds of emails going back and forth, they could not fix the problem. At the end, they told me that I should not use AV when I want to use NordVPN. I told them does your software protect against viruses? They said "no". I asked them why you didn't tell me this from the beginning. They had no answer. I wanted to cancel my deal with them and they told me I cannot because I have passed my 1 month grace period which I was not aware of. Nobody told me there was 1 month grace period. I found their product "garbage" and I will never purchase their products or recommend them to anyone.

I had an issue with Nord VPN and sent an email to support explaining my issue. I was expecting the usual business day or two waiting for response. Not the case with Nord, they responded within an hour asking me for additional information and with my reply my issue was resolved within an hour and half.

The worst service i had ever seen. It works only 30 day then stoped and doesn't connect. Wrote to support team but they send different methods for solving it but none of them worked. Support team doesn't know how to solve it, just sends links and says correct it yourself tried all the ways but none of them helped. I asked refund monthly fee, i will use anther vpn service but they did not want to refund. I see that there are more users have this problem.

I was a big fan of NordVPN for a long time, but after being a customer for 3 year, I watched a YouTube video showing that they track their user's activity and were ranked one of the worst in several categories of a consumer reports article. I then asked for a refund only a few weeks past the 30 days of my fourth yearly subscription, and they refused to refund my money. They lost me as a customer. Overall, content with Nord rather than satisfied. It does the job but isn't without quirks and issues. The main issues are the speed of some of the servers (but not all) and websites blocking nord servers. Overall though I have Nord for security and it certainly appears to do that well. The speed of some of the servers is lacking at times. There is also an issue with some of the servers being blocked by websites/services.

You cannot call them. I spent 45 minutes online chat, and they tried to bypass my problem. They could not solve it. They will not log into my computer to see the problem and then when I did everything they asked me to do, it did not solve the problem.
