I ordered 2 sweaters and a denim long coat. One was not even a knit sweater. Just cheap print on cheap fabric. It looks like a bathrobe and is way too long. It didn't even have buttons.
The sweater looks like it had already been worn and was made of cheap loose yarn and was stretched out of shape. I was stomping mad. I spent over $180. Any of these sites you see with clothing like this are a rip off. Lulu's Buy... Same crap. No customer service contact... Just spinning in the wind. I check reviews now for all sites before I buy from them.
These clothes are incredibly horrible synthetic polyester quality, They are printed on one side and white on inside, they make you sweat, don't breath, the stitching itches. The cut is ugly and even if you have a good figure they are cut in a way that makes you look fat. Believe me-No exaggeration. All my clothes arrived- though sorry they did. Long trench coat which looked amazing in the pictures were incredible disappointment- white on inside. Printed UGLY- would never wear
First time buying clothing on-line. After placing the order, I noticed the shipping address was wrong. I opened an online chat, told them the problem and gave the correct address, same as Paypal has it. Usually, the shipping address comes directly from Paypal to the vendor, and any discrepancies are flagged. After 15 minutes, they responded one time that they had technical issues, and were trying to address the problem. No more responses, I finally quit after waiting 1 hour online. After reading some reviews (too late) within the hour, I filed a complaint with Paypal outlining the problem, that I would like to make sure it goes to correct address, or cancel order. Paypal refunded the total amount after 5 days. To date, I have never received a confirmation email or any other communication from NoraCora. Will buy clothing at local stores from now on.

Based on this order, it seems to me these dresses are made for very tall thin figures. I am 44 in. Tall and the dress I ordered, seen in the photo, is a Large which is my size. It measures 50 in. Long when measured from the back neckline to the hem; 6 in. Longer than I am tall! Notice also where the armholes fall. I am going to try to return it for a refund but am skeptical based on reviews I've read. This is the problem with online ordering from a company you know nothing about.

This company is a scam. I ordered a knitted sweater, but received a polyester PRINTED horrible lab coat thing. It was absolutely awful. Can't return anything because of shipping and customs costs, so it went straight into the donation pile. Will make a good smock for a little kid. It was the ugliest thing ever and not even close to what was pictured and described. This company is a fraud. Don't do it.
After looking at the pretty pictures and reading the descriptions I ordered a large selection of items like pants, shirts, shoes, and some other winter wear. Everything I received is garbage. Things are the wrong size, nothing like the descriptions, I am incredibly disgusted. After speaking with their "customer service" they told me that I can pay out of pocket to have everything shipped back, and they will decide how much of a refund I will get. So even if you pay to send their garbage back, you will only get refunded for some of the garbage. I asked why I had to pay the return shipping fee since they were at fault for sending me a completely wrong order, and they told me that they were handling a high volume of customers issues right now and I should try again later. Skip the headache and disappointment, do not order from these scammers.

The clothes are so Misrepresented. I particularly looked for cotton in the description and there is no cotton to be found anywhere in their so called " blend. " I'm Disappointed in myself that I was taken in by them. Do you know those book covers kids have to put on their textbooks made out of that stretchy cheap polyester stuff? That's what these clothes are made out of. The details like buttons shown in the pictures are actually printed on. It's so horrible. I hope I can forgive myself for ordering from them. SOUND THE ALARM! And how convenient, the "Write a review section" on their website is not a link- it's a text box - a dead end. Please do not buy from this scam of a company.

They have changed their return policy. In the past product was returned with an enclosed return label You now have to return product to China, however that is not stated on their website. Only states that the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. I wanted to return items that weighed approximately 1.7 pounds and it was going to cost me nearly $200. The items I was returning were half that much. After chatting with customer service the finally offered me a 55% refund to just keep the product.

It took 5+ weeks to receive my order - a pair of pants. The pants I received were an entirely different style than I ordered. Not even close except for the color. And they were huge. I ordered a small and these are at least a large. And I know if I try to return them I will have to pay postage to whatever middle eastern country they came from taking my refund down to 25% of what I paid for them. Steer clear. I've learned my lesson!

I purchased about $250 worth of merchandise. It took well over a month and a half for me to received a portion of my order. None of the items were as shown in the pictures and most of a poor quality. The sizes ran very small as well. I read the refund policy and sent a refund request per the instructions, well before the 15 day refund period. After about three emails, someone finally responded. She asked for additional information which I provided. Her response was then "we can not issue you a refund per our 15 day policy which has now expired." The policy only expired because they did not respond to me within the 15 days, not because I did not contact them in time. I will seek my refund through my credit card company. Fortunately I have an email trail that is dated. At first I thought that the slowness to contact me was due to Shelter in Place, now I believe it to be the companies tactic on refunds.

Stay away! The clothes I received, after about 3 months, did not look at all like the pictures. The materials were rough and cheap looking (thinly woven). The sizes were all over the place. When I finally got a response from customer they offered me a 10% refund on the items I didn't want. I have yet to see a dime.

I ordered over $150 of clothing from Noracora and received part of my order today. Everything I purchased said it was made of cotton but it's not. ALL the items I received are 100% polyester which I cannot wear. Talk about false advertising! The other jacket I ordered was declared as a wool blend sweater but it is also 100% polyester. The sweater that they sent me is nothing like what was depicted on their web page. The web picture shows the sweater as an actual knit sweater that has raised flowers, Etc. I have attached a picture below so you can see it's just a pattern imprinted on polyester.

I love boho fashion and I rarely order clothes for myself. I was excited when I bought from NoraCora, anticipating the arrival of my nine items. Oh, was I so disappointed! It took 2 weeks for my clothes to arrive. One of the envelopes was torn open, and one of the pairs of pants were torn. One of the items was missing. I ordered XL, and the items they sent were very small (not U.S. sizes) and the fabrics was so cheap that even if the items fit me, I would have been embarrassed to wear them. My $160 order was a total disaster. The clothes look so cute on the site, but the company is a huge rip-off. After emailing their staff, all I got was a $17 credit. I encourage you to NEVER buy from this online store. (Note: I write very few reviews. My conscience did not allow me to be quiet after dealing with Nora Cora.) Beware!

I made an order including sweaters socks scarves and a coat. After over a month I received 2 sweaters that do not look like the advertised picture. They are printed on a synthetic material and not knitted. When I contacted the company they send the same email over and over.
They use pictures from other company, in this case I had seen the sweater in Sundance catalogue it was the same exact picture, same issue with the other sweater. It was printed on a very cheap synthetic material and not knitted. This Chinese company is taking advantage of the customer. They need to be stop before too many people get tricked. They also started a similar web site under a different name so I believe that soon this one will disappear when too many people are aware of what is happening. The picture included show the catalogue pictures, clearly knitted and the white collar picture shows how it is printed on.
Keep in mind the clothing material will not mirror the Pictures, shoe sizing is not Always accurate. Returns must be mailed to China within 7 days. Shipping is very slow compared to other comparable companies

Their Return Policy: "... it's easy to return and receive a refund." Reality: You must return to CHINA and pay for shipping fees, customs fees, and anything else the Chinese may throw your way. It's a complete racket. They deal in English and American dollars, pose as a national business but they are located in China. Nowhere on the site will you see that, though! Only AFTER they already have your money and refuse to provide the return process they misled you to believe they offer. Plus, the merch is poor quality and they take 8 weeks to deliver, regardless of what they promise. It's a racket! The worst site I've ever dealt with.

This has got to be the absolute worst overseas site I've ever dealt with. Cheap and not as shown. One item was decent of the 3 I purchased. Glad I went with my gut and only purchased 3 outta the 9 items I had in my shopping cart. NEVER AGAIN! Shoes shown in pic are supposed to be denim (Blue). Nothing like pictures.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.
