In this online boutique they have great clothes with incredible accessories to combine. They have such good customer service and they make you feel important even if it's by email, they don't pressure you to buy. The images on the website are always very neat and have a wide range of discounted prices. I would totally recommend it!

Still trying to get a refund on items ordered. They told me they are based in China and I would have to mail.my package there and it would have to go through customs and if it didn't pass then no refund would be sent. They offered to give me a 15% refund and I could get the clothing altered. They will not give a full refund or provide a mailing address. Horrible company to do business with. Reporting to BBB.

I bought a jumpsuit from this boutique, I received it in 2 weeks but unfortunately it was too big and needed a small one, so I emailed their returns section to get a response to resolve my issue! My new monkey is on the way! I can't say enough how fabulous, helpful and knowledgeable this online boutique was. I have bought some items from the site and am always satisfied with the service and product.

I have been shopping for clothes here for a while and their clothes, in addition to the customer service, never fail to guarantee that my shopping experience is excellent. I bought 3 dresses online two weeks ago one of the dresses I received was wrong. I sent an email advising the team of this and I was fortunate that they helped me; they were absolutely fabulous to deal with. Very understanding and apologetic for the mistake and very happy to help. They kindly agreed to refund the amount of the dress and the delivery time was pretty quick. A big thanks for your help and would definitely buy here again! :))

I bought an outfit online at this online boutique and took the tags off (stupidly) but it turned out it would be too tight to be comfortable. I wrote and discussed my issue and he incredibly allowed me to return it, no hassle and was very quick to respond. I am very grateful and can't wait to find something else in this online boutique.

The clothing looks nothing like that which is photographed online. Items written up as knitted but are only silkscreened to look knitted, they are printed onto fabrics... plus terrible craftsmanship! Sizing is way off -- too big and too small. ZERO communication ability -- write to them at *******@NoraCora.com and
What I hear back is only that I will hear from them and then I never do. Get your items and things are missing, things are added that you didn't order.

I cannot imagine why and how the reviews are positive at all! I am sending my packages back and letting Amazon and my credit card company know I expect a full refund... this has been frustrating, not fun. And I am sending back to the return address on the package NOT sure that is correct but it is all I have. AND on this form I can only enter one proof of order -- seriously?

It was disconcerting to see conflicting messages on my order - out of stock, expired, etc, but I think I finally received everything yesterday - Feb 18th. It was the longest shipping time I've ever had with a company.
There is a stain on one of the dresses. It may be from the ink on the design, but I don't want to go through the hassle of exchanging it because I may never get it back.

I love shopping in this online boutique! They have the most beautiful dresses and they are really affordable. Shipping has always been fast for me and your customer service is incredibly nice. I wish they offered free returns, but it hasn't been a problem for me since I found out my correct size.

I originally emailed them to ask them when they would have a dress back in stock that I liked enough and then again for advice on what size would fit me best. Both encounters were pleasant; They respond quickly to emails, they are friendly and very helpful.
