In this online boutique they have great clothes with incredible accessories to combine. They have such good customer service and they make you feel important even if it's by email, they don't pressure you to buy. The images on the website are always very neat and have a wide range of discounted prices. I would totally recommend it!
Still trying to get a refund on items ordered. They told me they are based in China and I would have to mail.my package there and it would have to go through customs and if it didn't pass then no refund would be sent. They offered to give me a 15% refund and I could get the clothing altered. They will not give a full refund or provide a mailing address. Horrible company to do business with. Reporting to BBB.
I bought a jumpsuit from this boutique, I received it in 2 weeks but unfortunately it was too big and needed a small one, so I emailed their returns section to get a response to resolve my issue! I sent an email advising the team of this and I was fortunate that they helped me; they were absolutely fabulous to deal with. Very understanding and apologetic for the mistake and very happy to help. They kindly agreed to refund the amount of the dress and the delivery time was pretty quick. The clothing looks nothing like that which is photographed online. Items written up as knitted but are only silkscreened to look knitted, they are printed onto fabrics... plus terrible craftsmanship! I cannot imagine why and how the reviews are positive at all! I am sending my packages back and letting Amazon and my credit card company know I expect a full refund... this has been frustrating, not fun. And I am sending back to the return address on the package NOT sure that is correct but it is all I have. AND on this form I can only enter one proof of order -- seriously?

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
