“Lesson learned but made whole”

Lesson learned the hard way. I found this company via Instagram ads and they have a lot of followers plus the pictures of ‘their' items look amazing. Also their website looked professional and they promise "100% satisfaction". So when they had a 50% off sale my husband and I decided to buy 3 pendant lights and a large spider chandelier. On December 29th, 2022 we informed via email that part of our order was delivered to our locked mailbox. However when I went to check, nothing had been delivered. In the email delivery notification the company asks you to contact them if there is a problem with delivery so I did just that. Noosh simply provided "proof of delivery" from USPS. The perplexing part about this issue is that I receive daily informed delivery from USPS and on December 29th, 2022 no packages were shown as being delivered nor were any upcoming. I kept trying via email, as this is the only way you can reach customer service but I kept getting the same response that 2 of the pendants had proof of delivery. No other help was offered. I did per their request put in 2 missing package searches through USPS. To date I have received no updates and no 2 pendants. On January 6th, 2022 I received another email notification of delivery from the company and this time my USPS informed delivery showed the same tracking number as being delivered and indeed I did receive this 1 pendant. The quality of this pendant did not match the pictures and I want to return it which is at my own expense. I will mention too that the link for the tracking of the spider chandelier on their email took me to a Pitney Bowes website and not the actual carrier. After some investigation on my part I figured out that it was being sent from Alibaba in China and hopefully will arrive sometime in the next couple weeks. The pendants were also sent from Alibaba. So it appears they source their items from Alibaba, anyone who know about Alibaba understands that it's a cheap place to source products from Chinese manufacturers. Not that this is something that isn't done often by many businesses, especially Amazon but typically with Amazon business will buy in bulk and send to an Amazon warehouse. Drop shipping from China isn't a reliable way to send goods to customers. This would have been nice to know upfront. Noosh offers no delivery assurance or delivery insurance. I desperately tried reaching out to Noosh for help and tried my best to explain my situation but I kept getting the same response…sorry for your problem but the 2 pendants were shown as ‘delivered'. Basically I'm now left to deal with USPS on my own…Noosh assumes no responsibility and offers zero assistance. I cannot tell you enough how frustrating it is to not receive your order properly and feel like there is nothing that can be done. Ordering from this company is a big risk, one I caution anyone who values their money from doing. So a lesson I once learned but forgot with this company is to vet them, especially any company who advertises on Instagram, no matter how many followers they have. A big red flag is a company who has no number or address on their website. The promise of 100% satisfaction is an illusion and designed to give you a false sense of security. Buy from this company at your own risk is what their website should actually say as this is now my experience. Update: Noosh reached out to me to offer a refund for my order which was tremendously appreciated so I have adjusted my star rating from 1 to 4 stars. My concern is that USPS shipping from China is unreliable and that the products are less substantial than you expect based on their website photos.

They are not in the USA and it took over 2 months for order to arrive. Customer service misled us about arrival time. We did not need the products they arrived so late. You have to ship them back to the Netherlands at your cost to try and get a refund. We did. No refund. Buy on Amazon or with a US company where it will arrive in a week and you can get a refund for products l.

They are not in the USA and it took over 2 months for order to arrive. Customer service misled us about arrival time. We did not need the products they arrived so late. You have to ship them back to the Netherlands at your cost to try and get a refund. We did. No refund. Buy on Amazon or with a US company where it will arrive in a week and you can get a refund for products l.

Tip for consumers:
The are in the Netherlands not the US and you pay to ship back to the Netherlands to get a refund that never comes

None. They arrived after 2 months and we had to buy at Lowe's to finish the job.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered 6 lights for my renovation over a year ago. When they arrived months after ordering my electrician would not install them. They are not CSA stamped and they come with a 3" plate and not a 4". So they do not cover the electrical box. I asked to return them and was denied. They said they would send me the cover plates in 4 inch. I received 2/6 plates so installed the 2 lights and now have 4 thst I can not install. I have emailed them numerous times asking for help and or a refund or to at least send me the 4" plates. They have not helped. Refuse to let me return the lights I can't use. I told them that electricians in Canada can not install anything with out CSA approval/stamp. They still continue to sell to Canadian customers. 1700$ Canadian dollars later and I have nothing to show for it. I am very disappointed noosh.

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy if you’re in Canada. This is a european company and therefore are not designed or approved in Canada.

This website sell a very bad quality products! And they charge double or triple the original price, 2 months ago I ordered lots of items from them and they were
1- very bad quality I paid double and triple price for the items and the quality was very cheap!
2- the order was late
3-they don't send any track updates

In June, I purchased a chandelier from the website and paid for it. The next day I requested the cancellation of the order and the return of the money.
Since then, I have had countless attempts to resolve and return the money.
After about a month, I received an email saying that my order would be delivered, even though I insisted on canceling it and returning my money all this time. I refused the delivery because I had asked to cancel the order, at which time I was contacted on my personal phone by a Chinese citizen who was trying to convince me to accept the delivery of the product and to pay the customs and transport fees. (attention to personal data).
Even now, after 6 months, my problem has not been solved and I have not received the money back.
