For some reason the Priority Ship took a week, but to be fair there was bad weather. The product does work, and quickly. Mice were getting into a guest room, and we found and blocked the entrance, and they must have been trapped there and the smell was awful. Within 24 hours with two pouches and a small fan to circulate air, the room smells neutral! I had thrown out all the bedding and literally washed the walls and floors, but that smell persisted, so this will hopefully take care of it until it dries up. It has restored my sanity!
So far so good...I placed the bags (XXL Pet) in my living room of which we just moved into. The previous owners had 2 dogs and it was incredibly evident. I placed the bag on the vent for the air to flow through and within 5 days I would say that it was no longer noticeable. I even asked a friend to "sniff it out" since sometimes you get used to smells when you are around them often. No smell! I've already recommended these to others.
I'm very satisfied with the product. I wish that I would have bought the 50 lb. bag. We treated one bedroom and the horrible smell from the oil based polyurethane is gone! Need to order more! I feel confident that I will be able to move into my new home very soon. It's

Had purchased a small car that had a mice infestation previously. Have been working dismantling the interior finding many pockets of poo, 2 completely decomposed carcases, and bedding nests. I believe that the Dead Rat pouches have helped somewhat after removing the sources, but a smell remains, so am still at it. They help neutralize the other products used to clean and that is good. Will probably keep them recharged and hanging in car at all times. Is it okay to have then in a moving car?
I called customer service because I had questions about returns in case this doesn't work, and CS was very helpful in my understanding the product, how long to give it a try, and that refund is $100% if I return. Thank you.
This works the best of all I have found like this product. Others may have different scents but this one has NO scent when I stub my cigarette out. It's clean, it's fresh and it really works. The company was easy to work with. My order was delivered in a few days as promised. This is definitely something I will buy again and again...unless I'm ever smart enough to stop smoking. The product worked for a dead creature in out attic that died and we could not retrieve. Squirrels think pink panther insulation is Cotton Candy I guess. I bought 6 which is overkill but I wanted it all gone. I plan on using one in my car just for freshness.
My father has a mouse problem and I ordered this for him. Riding in a two year old truck that smells like mouse is gross and a shame. Got the order right away and seems to be helping so far, better than tons of scent trying to cover it up.
Great service but haven't used the product yet as we are waiting for the injured mouse that dragged a trap until released into a very small crack behind our bathroom sink. So far no smell and we may have caught several mice and seem to have made a difference as we haven't seen any for days going on a week.

Works perfectly, my dog is old and we have pee pads all around the house, she likes going to this one place in the house and sometimes misses, no matter what I used to clean it, the smell was still there.

Just got my first order of NoOdor. Service was very quick. I have never used this product before and am hopeful there will be good results. One thing to remember is that the bags are for hanging. Be sure you have the appropriate place to hang it. They suggest in front of a duct or vent, which I do not have. I have an old musty guest room that has had a small smell in it for many years. I usually keep the doors closed to prevent my pets from getting into the room I have hung one of the bags there and have had no success yet, been 4 days, no change.Hmmm The yard granules seem to work. There is a small exercise yard for my dogs next to the house under a roof area, so no rain it can get VERY smelly fur sure. Seems to have helped with the urine smell. Hope this helps.

I paid over $80 for overnight delivery but it didn't come till Monday. I ordered on Friday. There were no approximate delivery dates listed. Only the wording overnight delivery. I feel like this was very misleading. I would not have chosen that expensive shipping option if I had known. I reached out to customer service about this but they did not offer to refund me.
Products arrived damaged, most likely due to poor handling by USPS. I contacted customer service and got an extremely fast and professional response. It's great to see companies still caring about the quality of their customer service.
I am disappointed that I didn't order extra for myself. Our neighbor (on the advice of another neighbor) threw hundreds of moth balls inside their home; the other neighbor said it would help with a mouse problem. Needless to say this was a HUGE mistake. The light bulbs I hope will assist once they get their home back to a manageable level. Thank you,
I've only just started using them, but I think they actually work! I'm trying to find out how many uses I can get out of one pad. So far, I am only using them at bedtime or out to eat after an evening, but this seems to be the best thing I've found so far for my problem.
