I received my product in record time and very carefully packaged. Now that I have used this NoOdor system, I can honestly say that it has made a real difference. The air quality has definitely improved.

My home was built in 1954 and has air intake grills in individual rooms unlike the one or two big air intakes in more modern homes. The vents are mounted permanently so I simply taped the filters over the outside instead putting them inside.

I wish the product came a little faster...for my own reasons because I was in survival mode trying to get the smell under control before we had a ton of company for the weekend. Maybe a little more directions would be helpful. I had layers and layers of chicken droppings mixed with mud...i removed first...but did I have too?

Shopping was easy, now lets hope it works with all the smoke in the air from the fires.
Sadly it was a very nice pad but too thick for my purposes. Customer service was happy to swap it out for another option that may be more suitable.

I was very excited to use this product. I have a stinky patch of artificial grass which my Rottweiler uses to relieve herself on...boy does it smell! I applied a generous amount on and within minutes the smell was gone. I will be ordering more for sure!

Works great! Need to recharge for reuse. Im using it to rid my bedroom of a toxic air freshener smell. I get migraines often from almost every scent so I'm always looking for a good product. So far this is working great!

It looks like the powder worked at covering up the smell from the oil leak. I am not sure about the pouches yet. The shopping experience was good, and the order arrived much quicker than I had expected; in around 2 days.

Very fast delivery. My husband put mothballs in our attic & around our home. I could breath & suffered from headaches the 1st few days. I didn't believe anything could get the mothballs smell out of my house. This product worked within hours after use. I was truly in disbelief after reading how that smell is very hard to get rid of. Packets came on time. Hung them in the bathrooms of our showroom. Not sure they are working all that well. Odors seem to dissipate at the same rate with or without the bags. Thought they would work a little quicker. Will keep using and see what happens.

Saw an AD and ordered right away, very fast delivery, litter box has never smelled better, shoes now have a place by the front door, with no smells, even put one in the bathroom and it helps those odors disappear faster. You have found a customer for life, why didn't I learn about you sooner?

I ordered this for a friend so I don't know how good it worked yet! He also wanted to know about a spray or something that will get rid of the chemical itself! It's on and in everything inside a camper trailer that came from the red Cross, hurricane Katrina area!

Contents of items was confusing at first. Odor control bags description implied they would treat areas but I think it's only the bags and the granules need to be purchased separately so that's what I did. Hope I didn't over buy. It will help consumers if "contents: 1 bag (granules need to be ordered separately)" or whatever applies is included in your descriptions.
