Order process easy; delivery, fast. Tried Smelleze immediately in old furniture that reeked of moth balls. After the first night, I could tell a little improvement on the pieces that were not as offensive; none on the really smelly ones. I retreated with a much more generous application but have not been back (24 hours later) to check. I should be able to tell something tomorrow.

Needed to get rid of smoke smell, tried smoke/industrial pouches. 8 pouches for a living room, kitchen, stairwell and it did really nothing. So bummed. Had high hopes for this. Dont know what to do now.

I never reached anyone, Still waiting on a callback after four days. I am trying to return the piece of junk but nobody will return my phone call. I'm extremely unsatisfied with both customer service and this product. I want a refund.

Actually, too soon to notice the odor problem as having gone away, but then again it's "not in my face" when I come through my front door as I get home. So with that saying, it appears that the product is working. I would imagine we will know more within the next few days. But thanks for the Fast service. JO

This is not about my shopping experience but the product. It did not work at all and it made each pet urine spot appear like bleach spots on my carpet where I couldn't see them before. My carpet is ruined. I threw the remainder of that garbage out. What a complete waste of money especially for someone like me who lives on disability as my sole source of income. You should be ashamed for falsely marketing such a lie.

Your site has a lot of good info about odors. I didn't have any trouble ordering. I hope these products work well for a desperate situation. Will add a post once I know my results. Thank you.

Got my order in a timely manner. Not sure if the product is working as well as I'd hoped, but it's only been a few days. Perhaps my sensitivities are too extreme. I think the 7 pouches are helping somewhat.

Emailed a question to your company re what to use for a refrigerator/freezer that had stopped working while we were on a 2 week vacation and all food had rotted. I received a message back last night with the recommendation of what to order. Thank you for the quick response.

The "NoOdor" bag has only been in service one day. We think it's working, but a little too early to tell.
One suggestion: The lettering on the plastic bag was a light green against the yellow bag. I could hardly
Make out the lettering. Used a magnifying glass to read instructions. You might tell Marketing to fix that.

I was thinking of sanding up the floor I spray-painted, putting layers of wax over it, putting carpet down, etc, but hoped this product would fix that problem. Because I used oil-based spray paint, the smell is still somewhat present but the product seems to be helping.

I needed my order delivered much sooner. I called NoOdor's 800 number but only got a recording. I left my number for them to call me back but no one did. The Smelleeze Skunk Oder Remover took 3 to 4 days to have an effect but by then over a week had passed. Not sure it helped at all.

One week to get package by regular mail across the Canadian boarder. Good timing, but would like to know if there is faster delivery mode to Canada. I have already tried the smeleze powder on cats and smell is gone, great, I am amazed.

Good experience, delivered promptly. I haven't had a chance to use it yet so can't comment on the product, but I am hopeful that at last I've found the answer to a tricky problem (musty odors in books). Thanks!

Ordering was easy, shipping was in a timely matter. Used it throughout my house and vehicles haven't smelled a difference yet. Before moving in home our landlord threw some moth balls under the house :/ I tried everything! Removing the balls, tried bowls of vinager, placing baking soda and even charcoal to absorb the smell as well as essential oils, this is my last resort. Hope it works

My order arrived damaged by the post office. A call to Customer Service about the urgent need for the product was GREAT! Instead of waiting for the P.O. To handle things, I had a duplicate order at NoOdor's expense in two days by Priority Mail. I'm impressed and will not hesitate to order again.

A big thank you to Dawn, who responded to my request for help with my very stressful issue I am having by using a cleaner that has ammonia in it...that is causing, nose, eye & skin irritation. You are my last hope to rid the chemical toxic odor from my home..

Received my items quickly and they were as described. Currently using them to mitigate formaldehyde smell. Seem to be working as advertised, only been in service there days and smell has lessened considerably.
