First of all, the wrong item was sent. Called customer service and they said they didn't have that item in stock, so they sent the other one. Then we were told if we ordered the one which they previously did not have again they would give us 20% off. We paid full price and receive it, but waiting to see if we will get the 20% credited back.

As for the shipping time it was like I went to town and purchased it but someone else brought it to my home. Very,very fast shipping. Not sure how it works as just put it in the cats litter room in unfinished basement, will be very interesting in next few days. Also part of the order goes to daughter home with 2 Pugs that don't always know the inside from the outside...if you know what I mean! I have High Hopes.

Great to find this product! Hope it works!...after the first few days of use, the odor is gone from the items not totally saturated w/cat urine! The items that were saturated have reduced smell - will continue treating w/more granules & the pouches (when those arrive - I ordered them after I got the granules!). So far rather impressive!

I ordered three of these and placed them in my upstairs where there is a closet where moth balls are present. This was about a week ago, the odor is still as strong as it was before. How long does it take for this to work?

I received my package and used the bags right away in my office space, yesterday. It's too soon to review their effectiveness. I definitely feel more comfortable at work knowing the odor absorbing bags are there. Thank you for the prompt delivery!

I ordered the product and quickly received them. I placed them in my home. I'm not sure how it works. Do you actually notice a difference in the air quality? I haven't noticed a significant difference or change, but I trust that the bags are doing their job.

We placed our order on October 15 and have finally received it on October 25. We ordered the xx large paint smell remover. It appears to be a small bag of cat litter type material. After one day of use in a very small bathroom we smell no improvement.

I checked several companies that sell charcoal liners and your company had a very good product and Price! 5 Star rating which is good to know!
Just what I was looking for, because I take prescriptions I can use the Charcoal Tablets! That is why I needed to find something else for my problem!

I just received my order a few days ago. I placed one bag in my walk-in closet which smelled like cigarette smoke from my clothes. It smells a lot fresher already! I also placed one in my living room. The big test will be if my visitors can still smell smoke in my house. I'm so used to it I don't really smell it like a non-smoker does. I'll let you know!

Amazing product! I'm using it in an elderly patient's room next to a bedside commode and next to the cats litter pan and they work wonderfully! I would never have believed that a non-chemical product would be so effective. Thank you for such a great product.

Quick and easy. No problems! I received my order earlier than expected. And this is not the first time I've used NoOdor products. This is my second or third year dealing with moth ball vapor contamination. I can no longer smell the odor, but I can feel its effects every time I'm near something that was contaminated. The product really works. Worth every cent.

Fast and easy. I received the items in about a week. They are very quiet but working as you can feel a slight breeze when your hand is placed in front of it. The only negative is that it covers the remaining outlet making it unusable for something like a toothbrush recharger.

Don't know if this product is going to work for me because the odor exists outside the home, under a covered open deck. I placed one bag on top of the deck and it seems some of the odor did go away, but not all.

I plan, as I can afford to purchase every type you make and place them in everywhere in my home from closets to bathrooms etc. As I have breathing issues, hope these will remove toxins as well as odor! Thank you for a great product! Best regards, Craig

The USPS tracking number sent linked to information showing the package being delivered to the wrong state. There was not response to my inquiry about this, but a couple of days later the order showed up.

I haven't use it yet. Too big of a bag. I have to get smaller cheese cloth with string type of bags and fill it to put inside near my dashboard filter in car.

The odor is still there. Is stronger when vehicle is in sun. I pray it works! Cannot afford for the dealership to remove my dashboard to get to the dead rodent. Not at $120 an hour and they said it will take a whole day to do it. No way!

This product worked better than expected. The smell from some dead critter in our wall was completely gone within 6 hours! The last time this happened in our house it took nearly a month of dealing with the smell. I wish I had discovered No Odor back then!

I tried to buy 6 to get the 10% discount, but it was not being reflected in my cart, so I only purchased the 3 that I needed, otherwise I would have purchased an additional 3.
I want to give the product more of a chance to work, the basement smells funky. It has not yet been a full week. After a week, I will put product in microwave and put back down there. By then hopefully it will have its best effect
