Your customer service is great, and your products seem fine. Haven't used the Nickel Solution yet. Unfortunately, the problem with my ears must be something other than nickel - earlobes are reacting to the new earrings. I've worn hypoallergenic earrings for years with no issues - but must have developed a new allergy because now my ears are reacting to everything - even those earrings that used to be fine. So - if it weren't for my hypersensitivity issues, I'd be thrilled with your products.

Having a Nickel allergy I used to think I just had to power through the reactions I would have to belts, earrings, etc but thanks to this site I have a bit more piece of mind and know that I don't have to suffer through this allergy anymore. So thank you all very much~
