I've been shopping at Crazy Factory for 16 years now! From the start, I've always found high-quality, modern products at honest prices. Despite using regular mail, my packages always arrive in acceptable times. The piercings I buy are worn daily, even during baths, showers, swimming, and at the beach, and they come into contact with all sorts of cosmetics. I can confidently say that Crazy Factory's products have never deteriorated. I prefer titanium ones because they're the safest. I highly recommend this site to everyone: this is an honest review from someone who has always been extremely satisfied!

Everything is packaged amazingly and neatly. Tons of choice too... When I get to make an order I need to spend half an evening because there's so many cool things!

Only thing I can suggest to improve is the threading on some of the acrylic/plastic items... particularly the balls... very rarely I buy some (cheap) balls and they don't thread onto the bar so other than that, good place :) Love it :)

Plain scammers, ive paid 50 bucks for my shipping and it never came, ive been waiting for months now and been in contact w your terrible customer support and still nothing hahahahah NEVER ORDERING FROM YOU AGAIN

Had an all around great experience. They have a lot of products to look at, but they made it fun and interesting to browse. And they are so cheap! Some of my stuff would cost me three times as much over at bodycandy and probably 10 times more if I bought it in the store. I got like this cute pink silicone tunnel, it was just over a dollar. Took a few days to reach me, they said shipping can take up to 15 days, mine arrived after 12. So far I'm really happy, quality seems good. Really glad I found them!

They deliver in less than a week + they answer pretty quick when you send them a question about your order/return options/…
Their piercings are very cheap but have amazing quality. You also have the option to get the piercings sterilized.

Made an order for a simple nose ring. Very good price even with shipping included. Very good quality ring. Crazy Factory is my go to when i want some piercing jewelry. Only negative thing is that i ordered the wrong size but that is my fault alone

Got to stretch my ears using all of their taper options and surgical steal tunnels. Happy with their products and their prices. And deliver my time is up to par. I've got time, so I'm not one to care about "next day" delivery so I'm happy with the all around service, delivery and price. I hope to see more glass and stone tunnel options in the future and maybe an update (less videos) on their app. Definitely will be ordering new tunnels soon.

Crazy Factory provides affordable, quality jewelry, which is very good for piercer beginners. The majority of my piercings are from them and I am very satisfied with it.

I ordered a product which they could not deliver. Instead of returning my money, they gave me crazy cash points which I can use for another order. The only problem here is that I had to pay for delivery twice, which they did not cover, and when choosing another product it became significantly more expensive.

Have been buying from Crazy Factory for years now, I cannot recommend it more. The product description is accurate, pictures from other costumers are super useful, shipping is fast and costumer service is amazing!

I ordered two sizes of same model by mistake so I am gonna return those which aren't my size (tunnels).

I've been a customer of crazy factory since I had my first piercings and I have never once had a bad experience with them. Their shipping is not the fastest, but the quality is on point and absolutely worth the wait. Best prices, too. Will order again and again.

Unfortunately the customer support is the worst that I have ever had in my life. They sent me two out of three items wrong. One is in a different shape and the other is on a different size. They agreed to send me the first one again, but for some reason no matter how much proof I provide, they keep on saying the Item is in the correct size. I have one from previous order that's in the same size, you can clearly see a difference when they are next to eachother. I even bought a caliper to show them the size measured, as they asked. Claudia, the customer "support" person, decided that even tho the caliper clearly shows the size, I'm still wrong and she's right. The whole situation is just hilarious. She's also refusing to contact me with anyone else who could help me. I will never shop here and I wouldn't reccoment anyone to do it.
