Crazy Factory

I live in Romania and I ordered something last year and the shipping was pretty fast.
The products are pretty cheap and it has good quality. The custom ball option is also nice and the only bad thing about is that after a year the picture got a bit dirty, it may be because I smoke and the ball it is in my mouth, idk I swallowed it anyway while eating.
Overall the site is very good, I can't wait for my new order to arrive.

Why The prices on the app are so much higher? That makes no sense? Is there a reason or are you just trying to fool people?

Been buying with crazy factory for a few years now and never had an issue. I bought some stuff in the wrong size and it was really easy to make a devolution

II was fine and well priced. Only criticism is no info about how long it will take to arrive. I had to just order and hope it's quick

It was quite hard to find the right kind of wood type when choosing the wood plug. It would be nice if the wood type could be added in the example pic so you dont have to randomly guess what type it is.
The other problem was when choosing the ball to the labret etc piercings. There wasn't enough information about the ball like where the hole is at the side or bottom and how big that hole is and what kind of attachment type was in question. Some of them had but sadly the ones that i was interested i couldn't take because the lack of information. If it's possible the 360 pic about them would be very helpfull!

Fast delivery, nice price, good quality and verity. I just wish they have free shepping for less than 29€ of purchase. The points are a nice touch and it helps, but the have a time period.

I ordered a pair of ear weights in the design of the "@" after trying to get them in I soon realized that one was facing the appropiate direction in one ear but the other one was backwards.

I communicated this design flaw to their customer service team where "Paul" tried to tell me that it wasnt a flaw and the earrings only went in one direction, the right way. This was really not the case.

I was told I could mail them back at my expense and would be refunded despite the fact they claim to only offer returns for unused items which I kept mentioning that I only noticed the flaw when trying them on. Regardless of the fact I paid for them to ship to me and then Id have to pay to ship back. I would be out money.

Finally "Claudia" responds to my messages telling me she is going to have the webpages marketing team to put the information about the direction of the earring on the posting on their webpage. Yet when I confront the fact if she is doing that it acknowledges there is a flaw which she still denies.

I tell her as I told Paul to just delete my account as I dont want to give them any more of my money... you would think a company would apologize and try to retain my business... nope they didnt care and just deleted my profile after me dealing with them for years.

Very disappointing

I got an e-mail from them stating that my order (*******) had shipped (April 1st). In the same e-mail it was said that my package should arrived in the following 4-7 working days.
It seems they are not working many days a week because until today (April 28th) there's no signs of the package.
No mentions have been done relating delays due to covid-19, nor could I read anywhere during the buying process that only orders above 200 would get a tracking code.
Their customer service answer? --> Be patient xD. .
I've placed several other orders since then and there have been no issues with delivery times.

Tl, dr: They have confiscated 50 from me for a whole month (best case scenario, otherwise I have been robbed by them)

My advice, don't buy anything from them.

P. S: I have asked from them to tell me how to proceed so I can get my money back. No answer until now...

Do not order from this website. I ordered a month ago and never received my package. They cannot provide me a tracking number so for all I know they never sent it. I have emailed multiple times asking for a refund and they have not made it right. Don't order for here.

YEah this is like thee best piercing's shop u can buy from. They probably have like a million products covering all bases with any design u can think of. Ofc if your like me this is straight up paradise.

Everything's well priced & quality wise is good. Even if you've never had a piercing before or your hesitant to get 1 just check it out & you'll probably change your mind. Tbf I wasn't into piercing's myself, but I changed my mind after going here.

Company is German based I think so 1 to 2 weeks delivery to Canada which isn't bad.

I received my piercings today and they are soo nice!
I also contacted the customer service and asked them to change my address as I made a mistake and they responded really quickly and changed it:)

Crazy factory has so many options and sizes available, I usually just buy nose piercings from here but they are great and I usually get 1.2mm or 1mm gauge (haven't done any stretching) and a 2.5-3mm attachment as i like the ball or cone to stand out as my nose isn't big but also not small, it would be useful if picture reviews always listed the measurements of the customers order to refer to visually but apart from that I highly recommend this brand! <3 in the attached picture i'm wearing (these are the product codes) NOC 1.2mm gauge and 3x3 attachment and NO 1mm gauge and 2.5mm ball attachment <3
