I got an e-mail from them stating that my order (*******) had shipped (April 1st). In the same e-mail it was said that my package should arrived in the following 4-7 working days.
It seems they are not working many days a week because until today (April 28th) there's no signs of the package.
No mentions have been done relating delays due to covid-19, nor could I read anywhere during the buying process that only orders above 200 would get a tracking code.
Their customer service answer? --> Be patient xD. .
I've placed several other orders since then and there have been no issues with delivery times.
Tl, dr: They have confiscated 50 from me for a whole month (best case scenario, otherwise I have been robbed by them)
My advice, don't buy anything from them.
P. S: I have asked from them to tell me how to proceed so I can get my money back. No answer until now...
