I ordered a shoe that's used to take the weight off of the front of your foot when your foot is fractured. After a month of waiting and hobbling around, it still wasn't here. At the 3rd email I sent, they said that my initial package had been delayed and they'd send me one express which would be there in 10 days. 5 days after that email they let me know that they didn't have stock so I would have to wait until they got stock.
If you need something to use to actually walk and take the pressure off of your broken foot, don't expect these people to get a mobility device within a week, a month, more than a month, 10 days after that even.
They don't know where their packages are or even if they've got stock of the products they promise you.
Stay away.
The acceptance of my money was lighting fast, and so was the confirmation that it has been dispatched to my delivery address. That is where the speed stopped, and all further communication. They even had a parcel track service showing that it reached South Africa, and the local distribution Centre has been shipped. That was 22 June, now we are at the 5th of August with no indication why DHL will take two months without communication. So they are also putting DHL's integrity as service provider at risk. Email comms to Nine life return to sender stating it does not exist.
I wrote about my contacting this company a few months ago. I've since learned that the site www.ninelife.ca.has a DBA listed in Delaware. When I typed the address they give ******* Coastal Hwy Lewes, DE *******m I'm taken to an address in Delaware, in the USA. It also shows an image of a house! Look it up on Google map. Tkt also shows 3 other businesses at that house…which is odd. At his company isn't located in Canada but is using a Canadian web address. Not even sure that is legal. At least we now know where to file a police report—in Lewis, Delaware. I never bought stuff but I was going to when I noticed they were charging ridiculous prices —$******* for a 50lb bag of flour! My heart goes out to people who have been scammed, but please report them to BBB in Delaware, and the Police Dept in that state. I'm from the US and I think they used the.ca website because people would think it was safe/reputable. It is not, according to what I've seen and read.
Well, to their credit, they have now reimbursed me the money. I suggest disgruntled customers write to their main email domain (ninelife.com) and not their country domains (from which I received no response).
I experienced the same as others - Ninelife purporting to be a South African company - deducted money from my credit card on Day 1 and still no product three months later - despite writing and phoning.
This company is not suppose to be cheap and low cost, I paid a lot of money for an medical supply, the website indicated it is an South African site, hence I proceeded with the order, a month later and no parcel, no support and no response to any queries! The tracking order is some foreign tracking number, and DHL and the post office can not track any parcels with the number given. This is a fraudulent site that takes your money and dont bother to come back - I will not recommend anyone to buy from this company. I want my money back, and logged a fraudulent activity support ticket with my bank!
I placed an order, was told it would take 3-4 weeks to arrive. I already paid premium and was under the impression that it would ship directly from the local warehouse. They basically charge a premium and takes a very long time to ship (from a month to longer). I would probably shop elsewhere
I had ordered 2400 needles and they send me only one box of 100. I have been trying to contact customer service no reply.
Scam company! Don't order anything you will regret! They rob people! I ordered stuff for; over 100 bucks, i wait for order over a month!
Then package arrived with nuts and crisps!
How they still exist! NINE LIFE is scam!
Order mosquito bits through Ninelife, it Shaws in the website a huge container and when you order they will send you a very small package. Which you can buy in a local store for 1/4 of money what ninelife charges.
I ordered 2 supplements on Nov 4th, I received one on 15th Dec and the other still pending and they direct you to emirates post who charges 32 dirhams extra for each shipment even though they are ordered together till now i have not received the second shipment yet, it is 23rd dec
I purchased a case (12 items) of a single item from this company as that's the quantity available as per the Ninelife website.
This was to be a gift and delivered directly to the gift recipient. It was so embarrassing for me since I was expecting my friend to get 12 of his favourite coffee which has now become difficult to find in the GTA (Toronto) area.
They only sent 1 single item and even admitted after being contacted that the website was wrong, the price was for a single item not the case as advertised on their website. That made the single item a cost of 10 times the normal retail cost for this single item. Ridiculous, I never would pay for that single item at the case cost.
Customer service has been nothing but a bunch of emails offering different percentages of my purchase or a cash voucher for the site but no full refund.
As if I will ever purchase anything from this company again!
Received a cancelled order. Tried to return it, company refuses to refund product or shipping expenses
I ordered a pack of 3 bottles of gallbladder pills only received 1 bottle, no response to my emails and a strange low tech phone voice that hung up with no option to leave a message. So I paid 3 x more for what I got from any other supplier.
This was the first and last time I will order form them.
My mother is a senior and we both like the supplement beverages.
I saw an advertisement for a 'brik-pak' of one beverage for 62.00 CAD. A few weeks later that's exactly what I got: one(1) single drink. I could have walked to the cornerstore and bought one for 3$.
I complained to the company and after a year of back and forth they offered me a 50$ coupon. So I ordered again, this time making sure I ordered a drink that that said 40 pkgs powdered drink. Four weeks later I got a plastic phone case. For a phone I don't have. They denied it and asked me to start over at complaints.
As I was on the site so much I noticed other people leaving comments on the site regarding fraudulent behavior.
Lesson learned: Beware ninelife.ca. Stay Away! Do Not Order From ninelife.ca!
Answer: Yes it is scam company Received only 1 piece instead of 12.
