It was my second order on Ninecolours and the first order was good and I was 100% satisfied so I ordered once more but this time I am not that satisfied as the fabric quality was not as mentioned. I ordered a net saree and I was expecting it to be great this time also but the net was not of a very good quality. The embroidery and everything was up to the mark. So i will tell them to just improve this thing else everything is perfect so that I can look forward to shop again with them.
I ordered one kurta from here and I really got good high quality material. Very nicely stitched and very comfortable to wear. I want to but one more and one of my friend also told me to get one for him. I got the same kurta as shown in the picture while buying. Don't go anywhere else guys. This is best service.

Very bad experience.
The Saree I Boughy from here is Lovely saree soft fabric but border design is not embroidered. Its only a lace with golden design attached. Pears are getting off easily. Blouse embroidery is good. Liked the beautiful colour. But is good and with good care my delivery came.
I like almost all the categories because they have all the dresses which we want also they have all the trending dresses which youngsters wants also I like the quality of the product which way they are providing in all the dresses.
Ordered a gorgeous looking saree from Ninecolours, saved up all my cash to spoil myself. Received my saree today, totally dissapointed. The quality of the fabric is horrible and the stitching is pathetic, doesn't look gorgeous at all. I wish I had read all the reviews before commiting my hard earned cash to something that cannot be worn because it is downright ugly.
The lehengas I ordered ( 2 of them) look nothing like what the pictures show and the quality of the material is awful. It is really cheap feeling and also looks cheap and would be really uncomfortable to wear. This was a complete waste of money because I would never wear this trash in public. It will go straight in the garbage.
0 star from my side. There is nothing I can say good about them. Poor customers service. The products were delayed by 20 days. I chatted to them about it 3 times and they kept saying it will be dispatched in 24-48 working hours but it didn't i. E. they blatantly lie to your face. Then I asked for a refund as one of the products was unavailable (even though it said the item is ready to ship when I checked again in the website -http://www.ninecolours.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=*******) and they emailed saying my refund will be processed but I still dont have the refund. I called them a couple of days later 4 times to inquire about my refund and they rudely hung up on me when I was saying something ON ALL OF THE CALLS. I emailed them first but no reply on email which is why I called.
So current situation is that I don't have refund on one of the products. Because one of the products is unavailable I dont have the cashback either. Total waste of money, time and effort.
They show pictures that are stunning but the material and quality is horrible. Return policy is crap and no returns could be done. Also they will send cashback coupons which does not work when you try to use it. Customer service is horrible, they will tell you that everything is possible but in reality ' nothing is'. They will try and loot you till you get fed up. Don't waste your money. Just please use your money elsewhere.If I could give negative rating, I would. I wasted more than 5000INR and its just for nothing. Just stay away.
They are really providing you the best designer dress specially for womens they have thousands of design and also they providing custom designs also. Overall this is the best shoping place to full fill your desire.
Ninecolors customers service is very bad and not worth for money products they have...
They don't reply mails and have to continuously send them a reminders to reply...
I bought gown from this site and after receiving the product was not worth for money so in chat mail i requested for return and refund. But they asked me to send a mail. I sent a mail after 2 days they told its not possible to return pick up.
I never had such a bad experince with online shopping.
Pls dont buy it from this company..
