I asked them again and again before ordering for eid and kept on reminding them that i need the cloth before eid. I even paid extra for faster shipping. It was eid on sunday and I received the cloth on monday night. I had to spend double to buy clothing from here again to wear it on eid. They have the worst customer service ever. The demand to be the largest clothing store online but in real they are just bunch of greedy people robbing people from all over the country. Not only that they didnt send the clothings on time; the measurement that i sent them they changed the whole thing and made is 5 inches shorter than what i originally asked for. So now i paid for a cloth that doesnt fit me also that i didnt even receive before eid. They knows how to ruin people eid.

All the comments with 5 stars are their employees writing the review so dont trust that. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT.

I ordered from them first time- all items which I ordered when received wrong items. When I complained they say they cannot take it back- How can someone send you items that you did not order and than say that they cannot take it back, CROOKS. I have ordered from different websites before - but THIS IS THE WORST QUALITY- PIECE OF $#*!!- AND THAT IS A UNDERSTATEMENT. I would never wear these.

I know lots of customer like me who got scammed by nine colors. I want to file case against them but cant do it own my own. Anyone wants to pitch in.we will write the letters about their scams and submit it to the police or the court. Please read before you buy from them.
SHIPPING- they will say they ship within 7-10 working days. When I contacted them I was told its still processing but when I asked them when they will ship it so I will know what to aspect customer service simply end the chat. You will never get a straight answer from them about the shipping. Its hard to deal with customer service they are rude people. Please read their policies very carefully. Shipping- you will never get your shipping on time.
RETURN POLICE- They mentioned 100% customer satisfaction and 100% MONEY BACK. Don't be fool by this if you read further that 100% refund is not the refund on your actual payment method that 100% refund goes to their store credit so your stuck buying from them again or you will lose you money.
CASH BACK - Don't get too excited when you see their 30% cash back or more. Yes you will get cash back but you will not be able to use it all once. You can only use 25% of your cash back money per order that means your stuck with 75% so you will end up paying 75% out of your pocket.
I would never recommend nine colors to anyone.
