I've been using Nin-Nin Game from quite some time now and since the beginning I was satisfied. This time I had a problem with my order as one of my item was not new and a part were cracked. Nin-Nin was really fast to answer me and propose two solutions. After discussing it with them we found the best solution about this inquiry. They were really helpful and it's not the first time it was the case. They answer pretty fast too and it's always a pleasure to contact them.

I have had two figures cancelled on me now. I had other opportunities to buy them from other sites, but because I believed they could manage their stock (since it's literally the service they offer) I waited patiently for three weeks each time just to have my orders cancelled. They seem to ship pre-orders just fine, but outside of that this company is garbage. I have one order left for them to ship and then I will no longer be doing business with this company.

Great Customer Service!

My package arrived with a deep cut on the packaging. This was due to the shipping company's negligence in handling my package.

I asked for nin-nin games assistance/help to claim my compensation and they assisted me without hesitation. That's what you really call a very good customer service.

I am one very happy nin-nin games customer and I will purchase from them again in the future.

I was interested in a Nendoroid that Nin Nin Games had, but after reading some older reviews I was a bit hesitant. However, I decided to try anyways and received my order within a week. My Nendoroid arrived undamaged and looks great with my collection >_<! The speed of shipment was impressive and the Customer Service team answered my ticket within a couple hours.

All in all, I will considering them again for future releases!

Does not hurt to give them a try!

I had purchased Digimon products from there website, as a product, it comes up a bonus (a poster with the singture, which is called limited edition) item which is why Im going to purchase it, but when the parcel had arrived, they dont have the bonus item inside, which is really disappointed, and it does show the display and said that its a limited edition and included the bonus item.

And they will ask you to pay extra postage once you have paid the everything. Which is BS.

Please consider to buy and beware.

Déjà pour installer un background, je suis collectionneur depuis mon premier emploi, c'est a dire depuis environ 16 ans cette année (*sigh* je me fais vieux u_u).

J'avais connu Nin Nin jusqu'à maintenant de réputation uniquement, et il y a quelques temps ca ne volait pas haut du tout sur les forums jusqu'à assez récemment où ils semblent avoir tout restructurer et bouger dans un espace plus grand avec plus d'effectifs entre autres de ce que j'ai compris.

J'ai décidé de franchir le pas et d'effectuer mes premiers achats il y a quelques mois environ, autant dire que j'avais quelques frayeurs en voyant certains commentaires dans cet espace mais j'ai quand même décidé de m'y risqué car ce que je voulais n'était disponible nulle part ailleurs. Je me suis rendu compte qu'après coup les mauvaises notes concernaient juste une minorité de clients à problèmes qui font énormément de bruit et ne représentant en rien l'immense majorité de clients satisfait.

Les transactions se sont très bien passées. Tout était fluide, la préparation de la commande puis expédié le même jour et vient le point positif le plus important selon moi: le très bon emballage des produits.

Étant collectionneur et très maniaque sur l'état de l'emballage de ce que j'achète, j'étais très pointilleux sur ce point là, et quelle ne fut pas mon agréable surprise en voyant l'intérieur du colis mes produits très bien emballés a chaque fois, produits protégés tout le temps par du papier bulles entouré de papier journal Japonais.

Jugez par vous-même et laissez-leur une chance, j'ai failli me faire avoir aussi en scrutant tous les avis, et failli passer a cote de bons nombre d'opportunités si je m'étais pas fié simplement à mon instinct.

A mon avis le risque zéro n'existe pas et on est a jamais a l'abri d'imprévus, surtout concernant les envoies a l'internationale (oui je pense a vous Colissimo...) mais je pense pas que ce soit une généralité de partout.
Je recommande a 100%!

I placed 2 pre-orders over the past 10-12 months. One was delivered on time (3-day shipping to USA). The most recent one was delayed due to the manufacturer (every other website showed a delay). My email to them was prompt (took 2 business days but I emailed on Friday) and polite. Overall I have good shopping experience.

I'm an impatient person and I like to have open communication, so when I first ordered from N2G and was waiting a couple weeks I started to read reviews. I wish I hadn't. I reaches out to them through Facebook Messenger and found I could actually speak to someone. They explained that due to covid there has been both delays due to restrictions but also the customer base has increased by about 5X in the past two years.

Be patient. If you need reassurance reach out via messenger. There is a warehouse and a main business so there are delays with their communications due to time differences. A ticket gets closed when they respond and you can refute it if you aren't satisfied. But when they tell you it's being processed that's all they can give you. Like when you ask Canada Post about your package. The formation they give is limited, that doesn't make it a scam.

Calm down. Breathe. And just be patient. I have gotten everything I've ordered and including preorders. They have the best prices for Premium Bandai SHFiguarts for Canadians and any other country they had to use 3rd party sellers.

Mickael is the representitive I speak to through Facebook and he's awesome. There's a minor communication barrier but for the most part it's pretty seamless.

Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. We tend to exaggerate as humans when we feel entitled or don't get what we want.

Their shipping packaging is phenomenal. Never had any damage to the outermost SHF box, let alone the actual packaging or product. Totally safe and reliable.

Anyway, I just had to combat some of these salty reviews. There are a lot more impatient people than patient.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Tip for consumers:
They are very slow right now. Customer base has increased and they are constantly hiring more employees. There will be delays but you will get your products. And contact them through Facebook Messenger for quicker response times.

I purchased an item from them because they said that it was in stock.
Then I get a message stating that due to Golden Week and the amount of orders for the item shipping will be delayed.
I question them about the holiday not starting until October.
I then get an email stating that the price for shipping has increased and that they will cover the the part of shipping I already paid for, but will have to pay the difference for the increase.
Wait, they're going to cover the amount of shipping I already paid for?
W T F?
Stay away!
P.S. They also DO NOT REFUND! So beware!

So far, I've only shopped on the site once and, unfortunately, it didn't go so well, as the item that I tried to buy was out of stock, despite the site saying otherwise. Apparently, that's a common occurrence.

Their customer service is pretty much okay and it is a legit site but the way the site is operated could use some work.

Terrible store. Customer service is deplorable. They lie on their listings and when you complain they cite their bogus, vague terms and conditions as to why your order is different or incomplete. They don't want to help customers they just want to take their money. Stay away! You've been warned!

I bought a Figure with the value of 300€ and waited ONE YEAR. They never sent it. This is a fraud company. They took my money. Pushed the release date from march to april to may etc. until now. Today I saw they dont got the figure in Stock. Anytime I ask if it will arrive at all the "support" tell me to wait. I asked if I can get my money back. They said "no we cant" no reason, no solution. I will take a lawer. DONT EVER buy anything from them. And if you already did, well at least you are not alone. I feel your dissapointment and anger on them. I will strike back with the possibilities I have.

They dont have the items instire and they charge you at the high exchange rate, once the rate drops they refund you and its like the item was broken on arrival refund, they do not update you whatsoever nor accept criticism but theyre most certainly ready to reply instantly once youve been refunded, please be careful these are scammers.

The parcel is supposed to arrive in 2-3 weeks since shipping. It was supposedly shipped 18th December and it's 13 January and it still hasn't arrived and, besides, they don't answer to the tickets.

Tip for consumers:
Try not to use this site. I'm not sure this won't end up in a scam that I have to report to authorities.

I placed an order on 21 October 2021, it is now 1 December and I still do not have my purchase. The merchant does not respond to my emails, which suggests fraud since I already paid.

The full story: They shipped my order on 17 November, I paid for DHL express rate shipping. Item reaches destination country on 18 November, but DHL could not deliver because the item was declared at USD 1,300 when the actual cost is USD 63. This incurred a ridiculous amount of taxes which wasn't even necessary with the correct value. Thus, the item could not be delivered unless I pay the taxes which is 200% the price of my order.

Since then, Nin Nin Game has disappeared and ghosted me completely despite multiple attempts to communicate by me, both DHL local and origin office.

This led me to believe that there is a chance they sent an empty box after receiving payment, overdeclared the value on purpose so the buyer would not pay the ridiculous tax and then ghost the buyer completely.

I've had professional and better service from other sites like AmiAmi, do NOT order from this website no matter how badly your items are out of stock everywhere else.

I should have listened to the reviews warning about this website. Me being naive, I decided to give the website a shot. That was a huge mistake. First of all, I ordered a figure that was priced at 22,000 yen (not including the shipping fees or taxes). I placed an order there, then found a better service to order from, so I tried to cancel the order the next day. When I tried to do that, I realized that there was no option to cancel on the website. What kind of business doesn't have a button to cancel an order on their website? I had to go to their support desk, submit a $#*!ing ticket and ask them to cancel my order. The representative took two days to respond to my request, and I was panicking because I knew that if they shipped it before my request to cancel was seen, then I'd have to pay for two of the same figures! Once they ship, it's over, and you can't cancel. What's also shady is that they have a 15% cancellation fee, which is bogus because you know that it's a scam to make money off cancelations. Why require a fee? Of all my orders that I've placed on websites I've never had to pay a fee to cancel. The total for the whole thing was actually around 34,000 yen. I used a Paypal Pay in 4 plan (Paypal also has fees so that upped the order from 32,000 yen to 34,000 yen) so I had to give up about $60 bucks for the first installment. I'm only getting refunded for $14 because of the fee! I'll attach screenshots. Just stay clear! You can have a better experience literally anywhere else.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use it. They get you with the low prices of the figures, but that doesn't mean you should fall for it.

They are scammers who will hold onto you orders unless you dispute with Paypal then threaten you that you'll get banned if you don't cancel the dispute. Someone needs to close them

I made an order on the beginning of December: it was a backpack and 1 set of Digimon DIM CARDS. Shipping via dhl. After 3 weeks and so, I was told that the backpack, the most expensive item, was sold out. Instead of inform me prior, they just went ahed and shipped the dim card set, which costed less than the shipping fee, without asking me if I wanted to cancel the all order instead. I ask them if they could at least refund me the shipping fee, since they didn't inform me before. But they refused. So I opened a claim with my credit card because I didn't thought it was fair. Then, I talked to the costumer service and they refund me for the sold out item plus a percentage of the shipping fee, so I dropped the claim and we resolved the issue.
After that I found out that they BANNED MY ACCOUNT! For absolutely no reason! My account that has some pre orders already made! Unbelievable. They don't answer my emails and they don't give me any explanation! I'm just speechless. Just be aware, they have better website, don't use them!

My experience with Nin Nin Game has to be one of the *worst* I've ever had shopping online. Their terms & conditions have been written in an attempt to directly infringe upon consumer rights and their customer services team is setup simply to make you go away:

1.) DO NOT put any card details into a pre-order! I assumed that like most places, putting my card details in ahead of time would mean it's all ready to be charged once shipped. Instead they took *full payment* five months in advance. "Oops" I thought, I've made a mistake, so contacted them to cancel my order, and get a refund.
2.) This is where they started LYING to me! Initially they just flat out refused to let me cancel *at all*, citing their terms and conditions of a different part of their website - all written to be as consumer unfriendly as possible.
3.) After I informed them of the consumer rights protecting my right to cancel, they eventually agreed to cancel my order. *BUT* they would hold my money hostage/steal it - only offering me some store credit. Again, a direct violation of my consumer rights.

So, the end result is that I've had to issue a chargeback from my bank, and (since they have offices in France) opened a dispute resolution through a European commission. They have shrugged these things off, and don't care... the reason? They seem to get this *ALL THE TIME* judging by a quick Google search, and also other people I now know have gone through the exact same process I have - going through their bank to reclaim money.

Now, some of the reviews below I'm sure are genuine, as unless you have a problem with this company you'd never know how *AWFUL* their customer service really is. I would STRONGLY ADVISE against using this company though. You have been warned.

I've only made one purchase with Nin Nin Game, but I won't make that mistake again...

Please listen to the recent reviews, as well as the posts on Reddit. Nin Nin Game are not an honest business, and in the event that anything doesn't go to plan you will likely not be looked after. Rather, your time will be wasted and you'll wish you didn't bother with them to begin with.

Here's my story. I placed an order for a Kotobukiya HMM Zoids model kit on Nov 29. The item was listed as in stock on their store. I paid for Fedex/DHL shipping and the total cost on the invoice was ¥13,096, which included a ¥5,000 shipping cost. The order was paid for in full and immediately confirmed/finalised. Nin Nin Game did not ship my order within the 2-4 business day period they advertise on their website, and after waiting over a week I contacted them to ask when it would ship. They replied assuring me that my order would ship the next day as a matter of priority.

2 days passed and I had not received any shipping/tracking info. I did however receive an email telling me they could not ship my order because of COVID restrictions with Japan Post. I replied and reminded them that I had already paid for DHL/Fedex, not Japan Post. They replied stating the previous email was a mistake and that they would ship my order soon...

Later the same day, I got another email from them asking me to pay an additional ¥2,700 ($35 AUD) in shipping fees because they had the wrong measurements for the item. Naturally, at this point I was furious because not only had I been stuffed around for nearly 2 weeks, but they were asking me to pay them more money to cover their own mistakes.

They claim that the item was not actually in stock, but on pre-order when I purchased, and that was why they had the wrong measurements. Apparently they only received it a day or two ago. However their website very clearly had the item listed as in stock and there was nothing in the listing about it being a pre-order or anything. It's their responsibility as a business to provide accurate prices and stock levels on their website. No matter how you look at it, it's both morally and legally wrong to sell something to someone at an agreed price and ask for more money later.

Even in their own Terms and Conditions it reads under under section 2 - Contract and Orders - 2-1 Prices: "Only the price specified in the invoice may be considered as final. Invoice prices include price of the products, handling/packaging fees, storage, and delivery costs."

The amount on the invoice, which according to their own T&Cs is "final", is ¥13,096. The exact amount I paid. So unless I missed something, Nin Nin Game appear to be breaching their own T&Cs here.

I challenged Nin Nin Game on their request for additional payment stating everything mentioned above, but they still would not do the right thing and honor the price on the invoice. Most good businesses would deal with their own mistakes internally rather than trying to push the cost onto the paying customer. To stuff someone around like this and expect more money from them is ridiculous.

Now I just hope that the refund process isn't as frustrating as the buying process... Because that's probably going to be the next step. I will update this review with the outcome as it happens.

But for now, AVOID. Nin Nin Game are dishonest, do not care about their customers and have no problem wasting your time. Try Plaza Japan instead.

Do NOT under any circumstance place a order with this company! All of the positive reviews on here have to be from Nin Nin Game associates or the owner. Their website states that all in stock orders ship out within 2-4 business days. I placed a order 10 days ago and my order still has not shipped.

Every single time I email them it takes 2 days or so for them to respond with a vague 8 or 10 word sentence. The first time they responded and said that my order would ship out in a couple of days. My order doesn't get shipped, so I email them again, they now say the order will go out at the beginning of next week. Next week comes, order doesn't ship out. I email again and they said my order will go out around June 20th.

I emailed them back and told them that if they don't ship my order out by June 20th I'm filing a chargeback against them. I wouldn't have placed a order if it was going to take 2-4 weeks or 2-4 months to ship my items out. The 2-4 day promise is a lie. All of my items said in stock when I placed a order. I ordered 4 different Neo Geo MVS games. (Over $420!) and paid for FedEx 2-3 day delivery. This website does not have the items in stock that you purchase. They try to find the items locally after you pay for your order.

Beware! They will scam you! They will take your money and give you nothing. FRAUD! Stay far away from this company. I will update this review if they actually ship my order. If not, I'll be filing a chargeback on June 20th! Buyer beware! Don't believe the fake positive reviews on here!
