Worst owner of a business to ever have to deal with. I will not be focussing this review on the business itself. That's not the issue. It's how it's run and how you're treated as a customer.
This guys version of "customer service" is abysmal and doesn't even exist. The lack of ethics and morals is unreal. "Let me be perfectly clear" something you'll most definitely hear or read when getting a response from this guy. He will berate you. He will tell you openly that the customer is not always right and that if you're human and make any error or mistake at all you deserve verbal abuse, gas-lighting and condescending remarks.
He is spiteful and believes the customer should be responsible for fees his business incurs should you choose to file any claim through your bank or PayPal.
Also, if you do file any claim whatsoever, regardless of how much or little you give him you'll immediately be banned. He is a keyboard warrior like no other I've ever seen. If you need any proof, just look at his google reviews. Specifically the negative ones, as he can't help himself but to respond and air as much dirty laundry as he is legally able to.
It's worth paying other businesses more money to avoid dealing with this toxic, salty and mean-spirited individual. Heed my warning or don't.
I will say, you will get your products and have a normal customer experience of absolutely nothing goes wrong. At all. Good luck!
