Don't bother. Just go to an actual store. I'm out $156 I'll never get back or the products I ordered. I've been waiting exactly 8 months and 2 days (made order at the end of November 2022. Payment came out December 1,2022) for my pre order that I watched go from pre order to in stock to out of stock with nothing but automated responses to my repeated emails. First email I sent about a month after I watched my items get in stock sounded reasonable how he was busy and trying to catch up but when every email response after is just the same over and over it gets a bit ridiculous. After 6 months of waiting I didn't even want my order anymore I just wanted a refund so I could buy those items somewhere else. Like I said don't bother with this place and just go somewhere more legit. Maybe he'll finally answer me properly on here. Order #*******. Thanks

Do not buy unless you like burning money. Won't respond whatsoever, this guy doesn't understand how easy this could be, blames customers and refuses to respond. This 'business' will happily take your money and then ghost you. Don't bother asking for an update to your order, you won't get a response, and when you do, you will likely be insulted for wanting to know where your product is, or for not following the contradictory rules of how to ask for this information.

If i could give zero i would. First time i ordered i waited over a year and was told i couldnt have my money back because it was "processing ". Now i have three orders again over a year. But theyve said " processing " for about four months atleast. Ive emailed support n sales atleast 8 times each over last 4 months. Not one reply! Im not sure if theyve closed n im just beat or what is going on? Avoid like the plague.
This "store" does not reply to any emails, at all. I preordered a year and a half ago, every other store has had stock for at least 6 months. Dozens and dozens of unanswered emails later, here I am. No money and no product. STAY AWAY!
I pre-ordered Pokemon Astral pokemon cards that were supposed to be released in May 2022. It is now June 2023 and I have still not received my item, or any updates related to my order. I asked for a refund because it is obvious this item i pre-ordered is never coming in. I have emailed them over a dozen times asking for a refund, and no has responded or even acknowledged my requests for more information. Do a quick Google search on this place and you will see A LOT of people have issues with this vendor. Extremely unprofessional. Crazy that this place is still in business TBH...

Everyone was getting their orders fulfilled by other stores and for the next 5 months I didn't receive anything. Amazon even had a sale ($50 off) with free Prime shipping! When I tried to cancel and ask for a refund (Items still not in stock) I got rude responses and only gave the option for a restocking charge (For items not even in stock!) But even with the restocking charge buying on Amazon was still cheaper overall then buying from NMC. Buyers BEWARE. Keep your wallet safe and away from here!
I was looking for a collectible, but I didn't want to pay the eBay price. By miracle, I found it at NMC toys! I register, I order, I pay and I wait.

The first time I bought from this company I bought over $500 worth of toys and it came in the second time. I ordered a pre-order of over $2,000 worth of toys and I've never received anything from it. I emailed plenty of times and they never got back to me. Well they did but they denied it and they said that my orders were coming through. I told him I wanted to cancel the order and they said that was fine and months went by and I never seen the money. They stop answering my emails now. I can't even get on their website either. They're blocked me from the website or they close the shop down. Don't buy from this company. They're scum on the earth and likes to rip people off. I lost an over $2,000
Preorders and item 3 months in advance. 1 months after the release date, I started contacting them about it not arriving. Multiple emails to customer service were ignored and when I connected on Facebook, the owner began to harass me and with name calling and telling me I was a disgusting human being for bothering him like this when things like Covid were going on in the world. May refunded my money and banned me from the site when I told him I would just call Visa for a chargeback.
I placed an order on January 1,2022. I've emailed several times. Since ordering, the products I asked for have been available at other retailers, but since NMC charged me upon the initial transaction, I held off buying.

Horrible customer service (very offensive, defensive, combative and somewhat abusive). Also, I never got what I ordered. Additionally, they would not refund the order, even though they failed to fulfill the order ( with 2.5 years of lies and excuses). Finally, I took store credit just to stop dealing with them (got very crappy in stock items cause they can't fullfil pre orders). Worst company in the world. The owner needs a mental health assessment; he's a complete psycho (and I was patient and nice (didn't help being nice here tho, they just strung me along). Btw: Do Not believe anything they say. Trust your fellow collectors, this company is incredible dishonest and absolutely the worst. Also: They told me I can't go to the Better Business Bureau, but I dont trust them and I probably still will.
This store is a scam, DO NOT buy from them. Ordered several items a couple of years ago and never received any of them, regardless of them being in stock or pre-order. Nothing shipped to me.
At the time of writing this, NMC Toys owes me over 100$ of products that were never shipped. The orders were made well over 2 years ago. I asked for a refund over 5 months ago and my emails are ignored. Even if I had positive experiences with them at first, I can now say that I will never place any more orders with them.
I ordered a few items via NMCToys.ca on June 4,2021. It's now September 23,2022 and never received my order. They had no problem taking my money immediately.
The owner Austin Da Silveira's best offer was store credit. Store credit is no good if you don't send the items I order with it.
I'm currently disputing the transaction with Paypal and I hope for a favorable conclusion.

DO NOT BUY unless you like wasting your money. Austin will take your money and never send you anything. Paid this schmuck $919.99 in 2020 for a 2021 pre-order he claims never arrived. He ignores you, insults you, gaslights you and won't give you a refund. After YEARS of waiting and putting up with his crap, I was forced to accept store credit 6 months ago, choosing all in-stock items, and this grifter still hasn't shipped out my IN-STOCK items. He blocked me on social media, stopped answering my emails, and once you give him your money, nobody can help, not the BBP, OCP or even the TPS. You have to take him to civil court, which will undoubtedly cost you more than you've lost in the end. Not only does he know this, but he'll rub it in your face as well
Owner will steal money for preorders that will never be filled and only option to get money back is for owner to keep 20% as his stealing fee or take store credit so owner can get rid of his unsellable stock. Most times in-stock orders are not actually in-stock and you are in same situation as with the preorders. You will have to send emails for many months to have an order cancelled. The owner will only respond to emails once the time limit is up on being able to file dispute from credit card or paypal. Do not waste your money and time at this fake store.
