I had an online order 2 days ago and I look today to check the tracking and be my guest Nike canceled my order. Now my son has no school shoes because you all can't get your system correct. You make all this money for a system that don't work or staff steals half the new release. I will no longer order anything from online. Your system sucks!
Worse company ever orders are always late or damaged customer service and mangers are worthless they never fix the problem they just make it worse corporate is a joke and I'm done spending my money with a company that does not value its customers or there hard earned money spent with there company I collect Jordan's the box is part of the value of the shoes. My customized Nike id Air Max 90 arrived today. Im so happy with the finished product. Good quality materials and the choice of color available are so many to choose from. The shoes came with the tag size 10.5 and they dont fit. Noway they are 10.5. Maybe they made them to run smaller, that is on NIKE. I have bought nike shoes for more than 20 years and never had this issue. I called nike over the phone at *******453 and had a terrible customer service experienced and hanged up the call. Maybe I need to try adidas or underarmour next time...
I just can't believe that Nike com is existing now. They are scammers! I will also now take a chance to report my case to authorities and I'll do my best to surcharge my money!
So my situation was simple. They don't deliver my order then tell me to wait for 3-5 days. I waited for 8 days actually and I've got an email about my refund.
I walked to a Nike store near my place and tried to use my gift cards used for the original order. But an employee told me that my gift cards were cancelled! That's unbelievable! Now they don't deliver my shoes and also STOLE my gift cards.
Nike does not care about helping you out of a scam. I was told I was out of luck because even though I had the $500 card canceled immediately after purchase, they said a purchase was made. They did not track down the person who supposedly bought something. They were also unable to reissue me a new card. Think twice before giving them your business.
I tried to order this pair of sneakers for about 2 weeks. It took such a long time because the website could not process the order, then had issues with payment (I used PayPal).
I contacted CS twice and the 1st time, they said they will check and responded with the issue quite quickly. The second, Brian, seriously an angel of a CS rep. If Nike.com had to give employee of the year, should be him. He was extremely patient, and even though the website was not the greatest, he tried to process the order any way. When he tried a few times, and the website failed to work, he gave a small discount code for my purchase when the website could be up and running again. Not only did he solve my issue but also was quite friendly right from the beginning. This CS rep made me return to Nike.com for another order.
So called nike today because they sent me damaged shoes wanted to exchange them by the way this is now the second pair that has happened to all of a sudden they change their policy we have to send the shoes back wait until they receive the old ones then they will send out the new ones so we paided all that money for a good pair of shoes the first time and now we have to wait I would not recommend buying any shoes off the web if you can get them in a store Don't get them they don't care what they send out nike is going down hill for sure

Unable to make purchases from other countries and its almost impossible to find big size in Nike Japan. And Nike app can't be set to search by your size. So you might need to spend the day on looking at all items and at the end their is no big size! That's suck! If you're wearing big size and plan to live in Japan for longer make sure you bring thousands of fittings shoes before you makes your trip!
Once you have a few problems with delivery or problems with the products that they send you that didn't get delivered, they stop giving you refunds or sending out products to replace what was missing. I will no longer be buying from Nike.
The Nike company are scammers. I have had shoes in my cart submitted payments and everything for the system to keep messing up. And i dint get any shoes. I feel as though nike is holding shoes for their personal reasons. I know people on the streets that have 100 pairs of new shoes that just came out. How is that possible. And how can thousands of shoes be gone in less than 30 mins. This not right.
Billion dollar company, like Nike, can't make sure the right size is in the shoe box. If you do shoes, do it right. I bought them as a gift and after they were worn, we finally realized they were kind of big. Nike is making a lot of money and they are sloppy with a bunch of untrained kids selling their shoes. Quality and customer service suck! Nike is living off their name, now they are fat, dumb, and happy…
Eventually… Nike products will diminish in popularity and they will have to re-examin quality service again!
I am so upset as we beat bots for expensive sneakers only to lose to lasership shipping company as they have stolen 3 pair of Nike and mark them all as lost! It's a shame that Nike would use such a cheap and dishonest company to ship items
Ordered shoes got confirmation of delivery date. According to them shoes were delivered early was not home the day they said they delivered them so I never received them. First and last time I will ever use them again. Never got shoes or my money back. They were gifts for my daughter and son and law. Very disappointed.
Took our college student in to get new shoes at Famous Footwear during BOGO 1/2 off sale. Advertising signs hanging throughout the store with small print about exclusiuons. At checkout we are charged full price for both pair of Nike's. When questioning sales associate she started that Nike does not allowed their shoes to be included in that sale, which also includes the Nike owed Hey Dudes and Converse. Shame on Nike, your company doesn't profit enough to provide hardworking customers discounts. This is shameful on the company's part. Not to mention I'm sure those sales associates deal with so many angry customers after finding this out. If you don't want to be included then send them a large sign that proudly announces your brands are too good to be discounted.

Paid £150 for custom Nikes. Quality was absolutely shocking! Dirty (soles too), poorly painted, poorly glued, edges of leather discoloured. They looked like they had skipped the mass production chain line and were a childs craft project. I was shocked, there was no way a store would put them on their shelves, but also you have to assume that after their creation they also passed some form of quality control. Granted, my experience of their returns procedure was simple and swift, but I would not even remotely consider paying and waiting for custom Nikes again. Shame as they are hands down my favourite trainer brand.
Still trying figure out how a package tracks then stops. Then picks up and gives you dates it has checked or tagged or placed in trucks that haven't even come yet. It is July 31st and I am being told my package was scanned at 2:51 August 1st then again at 7:51 am august first. It's still July 31st. Overall experience with Nike great shipping was probably worst I ever experienced. Will stick with in store shopping for Nike. No more online takes a lifetime to get and they don't keep you updated on anything. If so you get the wrong dates and times.
I ordered a color rush jersey from Nike.com payment was made and cleared estimated date of arrival was 09/22 I contacted customer service and was told there was an error in their emails and the item would be shipped next day, come find out the next day my money was refunded and still no jersey. I will NEVER be ordering anything from them ever again
1) Nike has good looking quality stuff. So you get what you pay for.
2) What I don't like about the Nike store or the Nike online store is that you NEVER get any coupons. You can spend a good $500, ($70 on an hoodie alone) and you get nothing in return to make you want to keep coming back and buying their stuff. Not going to keep buying from here if they don't start thinking more about the dedicated customers. It's getting expensive. Wish it was like Kohl's of $#*!s Sporting Goods where you buy stuff, then get rewards/coupons on your next order. Wish they started making it worth your while to continue shopping more.
